Unbiased opinionYou appreciate my scientist self more and your kids are grown. That alimony is suspect I think she will lose if not FT. | /r/Divorce_Men | 11/06/21 03:23 AM
Unbiased opinionTaking loads of Ibuprofen will kill the filters of your body after a while (Kidneys& Liver) and you will die before you can enjoy your hard work. Be smart 🤓. | /r/Divorce_Men | 11/06/21 01:50 AM
Unbiased opinionYou could get a cute nanny too if you don't want to do it all and will save you money 😏 | /r/Divorce_Men | 11/06/21 01:42 AM
Unbiased opinionGet the lawyer to ask the court to appoint a GAL. If you have kids that would rather live with you and are over 14, money won't be the first objective to attack. You also need to prove disability with the court but a more capable parent and you will be fine. You settled already, and don't know how future earnings are described but usually not a fixed to when you retire assuming you meet the support arrangement. | /r/Divorce_Men | 11/06/21 01:26 AM
Unbiased opinionWith that much money on the table to give up to her, you should just retire, and go after for full custody based on higher availability to parent. She can go work and support herself with her free time, maybe see how that jives. Legal fees will likely be small compared to her potential gain she is after and she will go away quietly. | /r/Divorce_Men | 11/06/21 01:05 AM
