1	Unbiased opinion Get the lawyer to ask the court to appoint a GAL. If you have kids that would rather live with you and are over 14, money won't be the first objective to attack. You also need to prove disability with the court but a more capable parent and you will be fine. 1	Unbiased opinion With that much money on the table to give up to her, you should just retire, and go after for full custody based on higher availability to parent. She can go work and support herself with her free time, maybe see how that jives.
