Hey jackass, where did I say I think a man would have gotten the same charge? Oh yeah I didn't. I said this move from her lawyers was expected, because, well, IT WAS. There was no chance that her lawyers would not have tried to get her a diversion program. They are very common for first offenders especially on misdemeanor charges. This is expected.
