3	Andrea Mears may have her charges dropped. Hey jackass, where did I say I think a man would have gotten the same charge? Oh yeah I didn't. I said this move from her lawyers was expected, because, well, IT WAS. She was charged with 2 misdemeanors and is a first time offender, so yeah they are going to go for a diversion program.
