I've (28) tried every approach in the book over many interactions. The only thing that's gotten me remotely close is treating women like they have learning disabilities. I am above average looking with a good physique. I'm well spoken, kind, friendly, smart and have a variety of interests. I've tried being direct, indirect, flirty, apathetic. I've worked a similar job for 8+ years and have interacted with literally thousands of attractive women and have gotten 0 numbers/dates doing so.
