I got a pretty detailed description of where I could improve in bed many years ago and it was awesome. Not fun to hear but a lot of fun to fix and that feedback helped me be better for the rest of my life.

I got one of these a couple months ago “realized I’m not ready to date right now” and said thanks for letting me know and hope you find someone when the time is right for you, left it at that. Much better getting a message like this vs being ghosted. Idk what turning into a “nice guy” entails exactly but I always appreciate a message like this. If they aren’t feeling it or vice versa it’s best to cut things off as soon as you know that and not waste anyone’s time
