“No man is single by choice.”Personally as an asexual (cue amusement and mocking by whoever can't deal with people being different) I look on this sort of thing with bemusement. For one the automatic assumption that everyone is allosexual, secondly assuming that they're hetero. When I actually feel anything it's homo. Which is practically never. And anyone who claims it isn't true I would be prepared to undergo a test (and watch me not react at all). | /r/EverydayMisandry | 30/11/25 02:13 PM
Some Extremely Shitty Invalidation of Male Rape Victims and Then Something That Really Makes You ThinkIf he was raped, there are a few outcomes a) he keeps quiet and never tells anyone b) he reports it to the police (he is generally ignored and very little is done to help) c) he tells someone and before long it has been gossipped about (and the authorities do nothing d) he comes clean about it online whereupon hordes of people call him a liar And of course his friends generally ignore him and act as if it's something he wanted or he has something that's catching etc | /r/EverydayMisandry | 30/11/25 01:42 PM
lusting after a body =/= unconditional loveAh, the person who thinks all parental love is unconditional, except when the child is at fault. I note you have not mentioned the parent(s) being at fault. Some parents are incapable of love, but they are very capable of having sex. Don't quite understand why so many people put a function into airy fairy dreamland. There is no "making love", only "having sex" - it doesn't matter if it's a couple on a one night stand, an actual couple in the throes of passion, or an old couple - none of them are… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 13/08/25 08:49 PM
lusting after a body =/= unconditional loveTheoretically it does, via parental - that is supposed to be unconditional. In dysfunctional families or selfish uncaring parents it's not, but highly likely to not even be love. That is where claims like "making love" is actually just "having sex", because not all children are born through an act of love, or even mutual. I believe that in mature, unselfish families, the parents actually love their children and want the best for them regardless, and not just when other people are observing. | 1 | Girl literally told me “ur ugly as f”Ok, this hit your ego (afaik), however don't let other people's words harm you (harder said than done I know). Take it that she isn't for you and move on, take it that she isn't worth it, and be appreciative that she was as blunt as that - it works in your favour as a learning curve - treat it as a rejection sensitivity modulator. My reasoning is if someone is that critical, you're either arrogant (and she was trying to bring you down a peg) or she is, alternatively she was attempting to put you… | /r/seduction | 18/07/25 05:49 AM
Is "mankeeping" really an thing? This is what I thought most relationships were about - both partners sharing, and them bonding of knowing and caring for each other. The "mankeeping" malarkey seems to about a particular group of women who seem to be complaining about work in a relationship. Of course both parties should work at it, but if there isn't that caring attitude, then it's not really a relationship, it's a succession of one night stands, and it's purely about sex. Just strikes me that people don't want to adult - that … | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/06/25 11:29 AM
