Kids...get out...I’m so grateful to have found this community. I was planning on following the path of most men of getting married and would have likely faced similar challenges. Being able to see the raw stories and the pain so many men have gone through has allowed me to think more rationally about how to navigate through life. I don’t want to have kids. I never plan to be married. I’m going to enjoy my relationships with women without that risk of losing everything. | /r/Divorce_Men | 02/06/23 12:21 PM

From a younger guy, thank you to everyoneIf i we’re to bring up those stats to other people they flip it back into me. Like my parents. “We’ll if you go in thinking half of marriages fail, of course it will fail. Do you think that business owners think about stats like that before they start? You have to believe!!” I’m very realistic about it, especially due to the stories from here. I’m certainly not willing to get involved legally with a woman with how much potential she has to ruin my life. That being the biggest lesson I’ve taken a… | /r/Divorce_Men | 27/03/22 12:40 PM
From a younger guy, thank you to everyoneThis sounds like an absolute nightmare. I’d be so frustrated watching money get burned away on lawyers just because of a lack of ability to be rational and negotiate. | /r/Divorce_Men | 26/03/22 07:45 PM
From a younger guy, thank you to everyoneI bet there are others that never say anything but have their eyes opened too. I wanted to share my appreciation and to at least let some people know it’s having an impact. | /r/Divorce_Men | 26/03/22 07:43 PM
From a younger guy, thank you to everyoneThanks for this. So many guys see a pretty face and a fat ass and never consider any of these things. Good luck brother. | /r/Divorce_Men | 26/03/22 07:42 PM
From a younger guy, thank you to everyoneThere has to be a lot of confirmation bias within the group no doubt. I’m certainly not opposed to staying in long term relationships. It’s the risking half your assets to keep it. What scares me is that you can never really tell even decades in. | /r/Divorce_Men | 26/03/22 07:39 PM
From a younger guy, thank you to everyoneShocks me how much people will say, if they accept the statistics at all, if you think so negative of course your relationships will fail! | /r/Divorce_Men | 26/03/22 07:36 PM

I’m 27 and hearing things like this allow me to continue to focus on my health and wealth and ignore some of the distractions and comments I’m getting. Good luck to your future brother. | /r/Divorce_Men | 18/04/21 10:03 PM |
