And wish proof were "Beyond a Reasonable Doubt" in civil proceedings, it is often only "by preponderance of evidence" so if she sends up enough BS to get above the 50/50 threshold, you lose.

I am dealing with this now in Divorce. Google "Silver Bullet Divorce" to understand. Make recordings. Especially of any alternative sexual practices. not for revenge or posting, but for evidence. I bet you it’s less than it used to be, as they have vilified those of us who do heroic things why would anyone want to do that anymore? We should all be so lucky to die a heroic death and be remembered for that forever more. I would also include teachers, the principal at Sandy Hook and those teachers dying trying to protect their children but I guess that’s a parental role.

No, please not communal sinks (or have small sinks in the private room) Sometimes, people need to use bathrooms when they have an accident, wash off a stain, change clothes, and have to take care of things by taking articles of clothing off. There is a reason it is called a "rest room" it has other purposes as well!
