1	gym alternative I’m in TN too. What area are you middle/east/west? Middle/east and east TN do have some outdoor climbing opportunities. Recommend you invest a little time at the indoor climbing gyms to connect to the people doing it out in the wild too. For fitness - I’m a home gym guy. Currently just a light kettlebell routine and running on the treadmill at the office fitness center. It’s very much a what I can manage plan with work and kid obligations.
