Honestly the best solution to this that I've seen proposed is to separate divisions by testosterone levels, not gender. Even setting aside the trans issue, there can be a surprisingly large T variance in cis people of either gender, and accounting for this would give us the closest thing to equal competition possible.

Are you kidding? I worked retail for a while and bitches like these were a dime a dozen. At least cops can take them down without losing their jobs. If you think cops deal with more shit like this than minimum wage employees you're outright delusional.
