What do you define as the 'deed' for sex? And how is that different than the 'deed' for an interview? And how is consenting to one different than consenting to the other?

Your first argument was that you can retroactively withdraw consent for interviews, your second argument was arguing the semantics of an analogy, and your third is that you can split up an interview, but you can't do that for sex, right (It's really hard to follow your arguments)? Also, you can split up sex into different parts, so that's a shitty argument too. And I have no idea what your last sentence is talking about. Can you please format your paragraphs? Its a headache to look at.

I was addressing how you seemed to imply that legally she can retroactively withdraw her consent, to which I said it actually didn't matter. The only reason the reporter was trying to use the analogy was to get the black lady to understand from a common sense standpoint. That's not how it works when you are in public. You can record anything in public with or without consent, as you have no right to privacy. Their consent doesn't matter.
