1	Men Need Consent to Say Hi to Women Maybe it is because I am a redneck hick and live in Southern Appalachia but I don't see any of this nonsense. Is it just my location? The majority of the women I deal with are kind, gracious, and don't hate men. I saw a little of it in college but not to this extent.
