Lots of poor women have dogs, and many have more than one. I have dated lots of these women. The last one had a disability income of 800.00 per month, and yet she had a dog. I saw her pay a vet bill for 120.00. I thought, wow, what a idiot. The dog was one of the reasons I kicked her out.

Yes, over 40 years ago. My infidelity changed her, and she left me. Even though she said she wanted to work it out, I realized our relationship had changed. I loved the old version of her. Not the new one. Also, she now wanted kids and I did not. Even back then, I realized relationships can be broken beyond repair. So it best to move on. She was very pissed at me when I did. We all have to remember, words hurt, and what is said can not be unsaid. I left someone I loved because of words. I remember her saying to me "I know a lot has been said".
