My intention was that it would allow the initial defendant (accused of rape) the ability to charge his accuser of false-accusation should he be found not-guilty. This system would then allow for three possible outcomes: male charged with rape, all parties acquitted (i.e. the we can't tell what happened ruling), or female charged with false accusation.
