Its WAY WAY too much money for it to be a get together thing, it takes like 5 million to get them to even talk to you. Cruise lines never lose money on these things so you basically pay for a full ship and THEN get people to sign up, its risky but you charge more then you pay so you can make a lot of money doing it. As a fit guy, it definitely does. Being fit gives me +2 SMV IME, but it also limits my choices being I find fat disgusting. If I was a chubby chaser I'd be fucking set, and be Chad of the Fats.
