Most of today's problems are human problems. It's ok for independent issues to be gendered, but having large gender focused movements that only demonize the opposite sex is making the world a terrible place. The feminists claiming to be egalitarian, but pretending men are not falling behind on so many issues is ironically a patriarchal way to act and it only serves to reinforce the patriarchy, cementing in young men's minds that they are different from women. This non-egalitarian push by feminis…

Steps towards equality are steps in the right direction.

At the end of the article it said that experts see this as a good thing, how out of touch are people.

The thing is, for the feminist ideology to function, it requires outrage to override logic in the brain. That is why they always have to be the victim, and where they are doing better than men or are completely in the wrong, they will manufacture being the victim in order to support and prop up the failed ideology.

Very well stated.

I'm tired of a society that views the world through this lens.

So the author says that older men who didn't marry are not a good catch or they would have gotten married. But older women who didn't get married are just having a difficult time. Wow, the cognitive dissonance of being a feminist must be exhausting.

I'm right there with you. I recently ran into this with a close friend of mine, she's prone to saying similar things. And we got into a little argument about it. I told her I'm tired of hearing it and that it's completely meaningless to say, it has no venom and just makes the person saying it seem toxic. I'm done with putting up with feminism, unless it's egalitarian I don't give it the time of day.

I'm not good looking so I rarely got to the chatting part. And after the extremely rare first date I would never hear from them again, or just get stood up. The transactional nature of dating apps brings out the worst in people, but I think it's more pronounced in women since they are more pursued than men.

"...we are often optimizing for the wrong parameters in mate selection, and that dating apps exacerbate the problem." This is why I gave up on dating apps.

When I won custody of my son, and my ex got visitation, I won child support, she had to pay me $13.00 a week. The courts still skew things towards the mother even if the father wins.

It tells me that women need to mature on what their expectations are from men. Women want to date up but at the same time want equality of outcome in the workforce. They want men to be emotionally open, but not vulnerable. You cannot have these things in a functioning world. Liars and conmen are the only men that can rise to the top of this kind of system. It's so disheartening that 70%+ of women feel this way. I've met a few who don't and they are great human beings, but the rest aren't worth y…

And those women are not the problem, I'm talking about staying away from the misadrists that have hijacked the feminist movement and made it toxic.

I watched my ex have the same attitude in court, she thought she would stroll in there and receive her pussypass, but she fucked up and was a bad mom, treated her own lawyers like shit and spoke out of turn during the hearing and almost got thrown in jail for contempt. The judge told her if she said one more word she was spending the night in jail then proceeded to rip her apart verbally for 15 minutes about how she needed to start being a good mom and that our son would hold the way she was act…

Only a woman would think getting married would make an ex want to reach out. Women go after taken men, men don't go after taken women. I had an ex reach out to me right before I got married, she was crying and wanted me back, I just laughed at her, felt good.

And do it after dinner and just walk out, that way she has to buy you one last meal on your way out.
