Oh I'm sure they have, but the law has made it clear that the dont have any say. I know a few men personally who wanted to keep a child that the mother aborted. Also, abortion was implemented BY men, with the intention of escaping responsibility. Plenty of people from both sexes are responsible, but as it currently stands women have final say, so with that comes final responsibility.

dude no they weren't, they were funded by fuel taxes in the area where they were built. those are local and state taxes. Any federal funding you can find was a loan from the fed to the state until the state paid them back from their own revenue, and those aren't nearly 25%. Also, there is a small portion of highways in the country that are privately owned. People driving on them only ever notice that they are well maintained, but otherwise cant tell the difference between them and state highways…
