These fields are predominantly male workplaces. Not because women can't, but because they choose not to. He post wasn't even to say men do more work than women, just that men do enough to be at the table.

... his post was in response to a woman who said why do we even need men. His post was not to say women do more than men. Only that men "bring enough to the table"

Yes, there are women in those fields. Which is why he said probably build/farmed by men. Those fields are predominantly male. Absolutely, women can do those things. Most choose not to.

Officer gets the benefit of the doubt, sure. Corruption is always going to be around. But I'd rather take my chances before a judge than an armed officer. And, I'm in my 30's, married with a house and two kids. I work, and pay my bills. How much more growing up would you like me to do?

He didn't smash her face in... At no point was his hand on her head. He took her down as officers are trained to do when a suspect resists arrest. She was just too intoxicated to use her free hand to even try and break her fall. Head wounds bleed freely, making them look more serious than they are. I feel bad she got hurt, but maybe next time, when an officer tells you to stop, you do so. You have a problem with a cop, you take it before a judge.

Except I'm not one, I'm just not stupid. I don't play with fire and expect not to get burned.

Would you feel the same way if this was a man? I'm not attacking here, just honest question. Because I see similar videos where it is a male, and read much different comments.

Officers are trained to take down a suspect when they resist. She resisted. She was also at the top of stairs. Im sorry, but if I was the officer, I would be concerned that taking longer to "gently" detain her to the ground would give her more time to struggle, and fall down those stairs. And I will NEVER understand why people chose to fight an armed officer. If he is wrong, go to court. Officers (are supposed to) enforce the law, JUDGES rule on the law.

There are multiple officers there. There is no evidence one of them didn't call for an ambulance, and this is what I chose to believe. :)

Officers have to assume everyone is equity as dangerous. Also... treating her differently because she is a "little woman" ? Is that you're implying? I'm not trying to say the level of force was or wasn't warranted.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
