Sorry but some people are genetically fucked due to hormones. They produce high cortisol levels or huge trouble gaining weight. Genetics gave me wide clavicles on a 6’3 frame and a narrow waist. Allows me to play D1 water polo. Genetics may give the next guy a 5’5 frame with narrow shoulders and wide hips. The next guy has way tougher of a time lifting and gaining weight. You can keep coping but genetics play 90% of a role in your size and muscle mass.

Depends where you go. I go to Greek heavy school and got it pretty bad. I’m also on an ncaa team so I got out of stuff do to practice and games. It’s definitely worth the hazing for a top house and maybe an upper mid at a big party school.

It depends on the guy. Both my parents aged incredibly well. They both look 10-15 years younger than they are. They live very healthy lifestyles and have excellent aging genes. I have friends who’s parents aged horribly. Bad genes and unhealthy lifestyles. Usually alcoholics. I grew up in a really wealthy area so a lot try to mask with plastic surgery.
