Or having a good story and adding a excellent punchline to it.

I agree with this. The man has his ups and downs. Furthermore, he sometimes gets too technical and ends up missing the point IMHO. I actually liked his take on push-pull and thought it was one of his better explanations. Also, if your dating guru has 0 blowouts, he isn't a guru, he's faking it. First lesson in game is: you can't fuck em all. Todd having blowouts makes me think he is 'real'.

Give yourself permission to do so. You're the only one that is holding you back at this point. Nothing is certain and asking is free.

Without reading to much into it, could it be that you've been holding back and now it's coming back with a vengeance? It's a bit dramatic, I know, but it seems to me the two of you like each other. Why not act upon it? See what happens? Tell him, ask him out, get coffee, something like that

Yeah, I think this is a fantastic way to phrase it. In general, I'm not a fan of talking to women about nerdy hobbies unless they're into that kinda stuff. I was just using it as an example.

I agree with the advice that Eros and GymBro give. Don't come on too strong and don't have expectations are top level mantra's in my opinion. Remember, you don't need an invitation, you are the invitation. It's like fishing, you're just throwing lines and see what bites. It's about getting into the interaction. 9 out of 10 times I just see the girl and like her look, but if she's fun to hang out with is a completely different question. So get in an interaction and find out. Just go out there and…

A frame is sort of the underlying assumption in conversation. If there is a conversation between 2 people each of them enters it with their own frame. The 'stronger' frame becomes the accepted underlying assumption in the conversation. Let me give you an example, say you have a hobby that you are really passionated about, but really it's kind of nerdy. Could be Warhammer 40K, WOW, LOL, lego, anything really. If your assumption is "[my hobby] is the best shit since sliced bread, and everybody who…

There isn't, as the people above described. You will learn more in 5 nights going out than you will learn by reading any book. If you have no clue where you need to start or you have a specific sticking point, grab a book. Hell, you can use the wiki of this subreddit to get started. Also, you don't need 5 years of work to get anywhere. Apply yourself for 2 months and see how much you've grown.

Reading through your post, what I gather is that you were looking for validation and acceptance through women. Not judging you, this is just how I read your post. When you were learning and growing, each succes felt good. It was an accomplishment, something to be proud of. So, as a result the whole process and the reward meant something in your head. Now that you have settled in this lifestyle, it's no longer an achievement. Its not something you really have to work at. Don't get me wrong, I'm n…

One of the guys in the comments suggested Todd V, and I want to second that. He has a lot of experience, both teaching as well as game, and he explains things well. So that could be a good start for you to get your bearing. I would also implore you to go out there and put yourself out there. You need to start somewhere. It's like riding a bike in that sense. When you start, you fall off a couple of times, but once you have the skillset, you can implement it pretty much anywhere. So, please, do n…

Could be, I don't know the context of this convo. It's a kinda weird way to respond to picture of food in anger... unless she was like major hangry. So I would take it in jest and not make a big deal out of it, way easier than starting a discussion when you don't need to. Only reason I would mention it directly is if it happened more often and it's annoying me.

I don't think the angry emoji was meant to convey aggression, I think she was trying to be playful. Try to respond with something playful next time. if you can behave, you might get some sorry, I only feed good girls oeh, entitlement, feisty Something light and playful

Good job on getting your act together and have the confidence to put yourself out there. I think it's a good first step, but you need to work on getting people to be invested. If some random dude comes up to you on the street, tells you he likes your style and wants to get to know you, no homo. That's not really any reason for you to put in any effort, you don't know this guy, why would you grab a beer with him? Now, if you had an interaction with the guy, the two of you had a laugh, he shared s…

Just take it easy, brother. You're doing fine. You decided one day to work on yourself and improve. This is commendable. However, it's a process. You don't wake up one day and decide to be cool or popular, it's a process. And so is this. And the biggest word in your arsenal as you improve is "yet". my true authentic self isn't a level 200 confidence monster if you know what I mean. Well, it's not at the moment. But if you work on it, it could become so. So, I would say that you do not have 200 c…

RSD was a cluster fuck from start to finish. They had some good coaches and products. But egos kept getting larger and the whole team broke up. What's left of it is a hippie shell of its former self. Todd V still does some stuff on YT, he was pretty good back in the day, but he's rather technical, so that has to be your thing. That the only guy I still know of

Your word choice and framing gives me the impression that you pretend to do this. It doesn't seem that you internalized it, it's more of a fake it until you make it the way you describe it. It's good to have a role model and emmulate someone else's behavior until you know how to do it yourself. But the endgoal is making it a part of your personality. Honestly, you can flirt and shoot the shit with just about anybody, it doesn't have to be sexual and with women all the time. Joking around with ra…

You probably think you hide it pretty well. I'm not saying this is you, I don't know you. But a lot of these insecurities can still shine through because of body language and the way you phrase things. If you have little experience with dating I think there should still be room for improvement in this department. Couple of my buddies also have this, especially if she's really hot. You should really just get in the approaches, try your hand at daygame, it's one of the quickest ways to improve you…

No, seduction is leaving a lasting emotional impact on another human being, so that whenever this emotional impact is not received it feels cold and empty. You miss the warm feelings and the attention. The interest that he or she had for you, the way you were understood and felt validated. As long as a great seducer is around, he or she will fill this emotional hole in people's heats and thus generate attention for him of herself and validation and value for the person being seduced. In my hones…

You don't need more knowledge. You need a strategy, and you need to apply that strategy, and then tweak it. You need to go out there and get some approaches under you belt. Nowadays, a lot of guys, not saying this is you, think that if they have the right thing to say, the right hairstyle, or the right clothing and everything will fall into place. Don't get me wrong, all these thing help, but they're no substitute for the real thing, experience and confidence. And the only way to become experien…

You're very welcome, I simply hope it helps you. I've been mulling over your reply and how to respond to it... Let me up it like this, this is what I gather from your posts, and please, correct me if I'm wrong. You're a pretty young guy, early/mid-20s, you want to get into dating and don't really know where to start. You have some social skills, but no real experience putting yourself out there for women. You have already started dating a bit, a year or so ago, but didn't find the results you we…

I've been reading through your post and several of your comments and I get a few impressions. I'm not sure if I'm anywhere close to correct, but hear my out. As I read your comments, I get the impression that you're confident. Being confident is a good thing, as long as you earned it and are not overconfident. On top of that, by the way you phrase things I think you have pretty standard male perspective. And I think you can still grow in that department. Firstly, your confidence. When you descri…

Yeah it is, it's done to death really, but still nobody understands what it means. Be yourself means don't be a bitch, don't conform when you don't need to. Do not change your opinions to suit someone else and speak honestly, without being afraid of rejection. If that causes you to clash a bit, that's find, but don't pretend to be someone you're not.

Ok, bro, real talk, if you guys have been friends for 2 years and nothing has happened so far, meaning she hasn't indicated that she's into you, e.g. laughing at your jokes when no one else thinks they're funny, going out of her way to spend time with you and only seeing you in a group, not one-on-one, chances are she's not that into you. I'm not trying to discourage you, this could become something beautiful, but have you had any indication that she's into you? Also, try to become a better vers…

That's cool, you can have whatever standard you like. But try to keep them realistic, if you're a 5 and you want an 8, that's not impossible, but it will be a struggle. So try to keep your expectations realistic, that'll prevent disappointment in the future. Also, and I'm not saying this is you, I'm just using it as an example, but if you meet 500 men and none of them are your type or what you are looking for, then, yes, your standards are too high. Otherwise, I will remain with my previous poin…

Well, unless you're into your dad's friend, I suggest you get to know more people :P Get out more and get more comfortable talking to people. I'm not sure where you're from, so I don't know about the customs, but you could also just walk up to a guy who you think is attractive and tell him, ask him out. Otherwise, get more friends, go to some parties. If that's not an option, maybe one of your dad's friends has a son. Sounds weird, but could work. Also, if you want to be more attractive in gener…

Just assume she is flirting and flirt back. Best case: She was, and now you're flirting. Worst case: She wasn't, so you make a joke about it, and now you're flirting. The whole thing with kino is that it's continuous recalibration and escalation/deescaltion. Just keep gauging her reactions and adjust accordingly.

Let me be the first to say that it is okay not to have sex. You should do everything at your own pace and when you're comfortable with it. Don't try to force it, it will come on it's own when it's time. I think it is also heavily dependend on what you want. If you want to meet a couple of guys have a good time and see what happens, you would do one thing. If you want to marry and settle down you need to do something else. Could you tell me what you are looking for? About your confidence, it's a …

It sounds like you got a pretty good game plan. I also like doing coffee or bar dates, it's an easygoing environment and relatively low investment. I'm not that familiar in So-Cal, but another big part is logistics. If you're at Disney and it takes you 2 hours to get back to your place you have to keep the energy and vibe going for that 2 hours. If you're in the Starbucks next to your house and you pull, you're home in like 5 minutes. You could then hop from Disney to bar to food to your place, …

Can you tell me something about your gameplan right now? I get how you approach, but what's the strategy for a date or a day2? You also write that you are trying to be non-threatening. This is good in the sense that you won't scare that many girls off, but there will be almost no girls that will fall for that. Try to express your genuine opinions. If the girl doesn't like that, great on to the next. If she does like that, she will like you way more than in the non-threatening example. Try to be …

If you want to have better game you have to go out and do it. Reading books is good for getting ideas and strategies. However, all the reading in world doesn't get you laid. You still have to go out there, talk to women and get better at that. So how do you get better at game, go out there, talk to women and fail a while bunch of times. All the men I know that never got rejected also never got laid, so go out there, have fun and just try working on your social skills. Women are just like real pe…

That's great! I think that's a better goal than getting laid. I would still recommend exactly the same thing. The world exist of about 50 % things and 50 % people. Learn how to engage with people, try to become a person that can have a conversation about anything with anyone. Become genuinly curious about other people and get them to talk about their passions. See the conversations as the game, and you're winning if you enjoy yourself and the conversation keeps going. You can also make challenge…

I don't know any books or sources that would completely fit your description. But let me try to give you some advice. You're on holiday, you're doing this because it's fun. So have fun talking to people. Strike up a conversation with a store clerk, the guy that serves you coffee. Just get into the habit of having fun conversing with people. So you're walking about wherever your holiday takes you and you see a girl that you find cute, just walk up to her and strike up a conversation. Things are f…
