The article says she was 20, I was just put off by the fact that you called her a girlfriend. A child molester is not a girlfriend or boyfriend or anything like that to the child. He/she is only an abuser. However, if she was 6 years younger than him, it's most likely she couldn't get pregnant. In that situation, he would be in the wrong.
