Brilliant. I'm always in favour of taking accusations seriously and investigating them through any evidence possible, but this highlights an extremely important issue in the "trial by public" process.

It's refreshing to see reasonable comments like this on here. I completely agree with both of you.

If you had any shred of intellectual capacity you'd notice I never spoke on their behalf. What a fucking mess you are.

Just because I pointed out that your precious party is not all that innocent Uhh I'm not American, so it's not my party. Nice try mate!

Does the DNC vet you shills for literacy? "HURRR EVERYONE WHO DISAGREES WITH ME IS A SHILL" How about you fucking use some critical thinking? Being a candidate has nothing to do with an entire party that represents 150 million people. Is the GOP to be defined by its Libertarian branch? Or its fascist branch? Or its evangelical branch? Or its Neoconservative branch?

Your source is a Fox News article about a DNC candidate who didn't even win. Irrelevant.

That's an insane standard! How can anyone think like this when the world average is like 5'8''...

I was studying this last week in English law actually, and at least in the UK its a pretty grey area. The argument we came up with was that you could maybe prosecute for attempt to poison, if you consider HIV as a noxious substance. America might have statute specific to medical infections though.

I'm not american, so I guess that makes a difference. You'd see an alpaca crowned as king before that same verdict happened in Europe.

There's nothing shocking about it at all. If I were to marry a woman who later decided she did not want children despite my firm intentions, I would most probably not want to spend the rest of my life with said woman.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
