Marriage isn’t just for you. It is an agreement made with God to honour one another until death. My advice — speak to a properly ordained priest. If you’re part of a denomination that doesn’t have ordained priests, then I’d recommend finding a new one that takes sacraments seriously. Nobody here has the authority to speak on God’s behalf and tell you what to do, including me.

All hate of others comes from hate we bear towards ourselves Understanding the way they are is to understand they are sick people. Should we not give these people the utmost love? I know you know how you would want to be treated yourself

You can do a "knucklehead" sport like UFC, boxing, Muay Thai, without pursuing any sort of professional or amateur career. I picked up boxing after making it a bucket list item to win a fight in a staged arena. You don't have to spar or fight, and can still hire out trainers to improve your skills. I stopped sparring after taking a concussion that made me realise I can't prioritise that risk over building my brand, but still continue to train consistently. Regardless of which sport you pick, lea…

These feminist trolls are just hurt women. If anything, be empathetic and understand why they are the way they are. Man-hate usually comes from a sense of betrayal. We as men are supposed to be strong so that a woman can relax into her femininity. Most of these women have weak or non-existent relationships with their fathers, and have probably been used for their bodies. It’s truly sad, but it’s up to us as men to be the change in the world we want to see.

Not too late at all my guy. You just gotta sit down and make a decision - then you can work on figuring shit out.

That's not what estrogen dominance is. Google "estrogen dominance" you'll find that most of the results are based around women who have an estrogen:progesterone imbalance. Estrogen dominance is a blanket term for being in a perpetual state of physiological stress. Think of it as a seesaw - one on side is you as you should be; the other, estrogen dominance. Something like 90+% of autistic people have gut issues, whether it's IBS; poor digestion, whatever. Between endotoxins, environmental stress …

Most of your aspie symptoms will become negligible if lifestyle is on point. The only issue I have is becoming monotonal when I just can't be bothered putting effort into a convo - can sound robotic. Outside of that, it's as if I've kept aspie benefits with very few downsides. A lot of the rigidity in your personality can easily be framed as a strong frame. Right now I'm full monk-mode but I'd go as far to call myself "cured" from the bad shit. P.S. I hand-on-heart believe this is achievable for…

I struggle big time with tonality. "Wow, you're really funny" almost always comes out sounding sarcastic. For me I can't seem to express unless my body is completely loose. If I'm not actively keeping my body & mind warmed up then I go into an internalised state in which I struggle to communicate. I'm more on the aspie side which means I've had to learn social interactions manually.

Hi guys Over the past year I've been working on my hormones after having destroyed them several years ago from experimenting with steroids. I recently came off a hCG protocol designed specially towards fixing the damage caused, and creating a sustainable environment so that my testosterone levels can not only recover, but be higher than they were before I messed them up. I am a huge advocate of raising testosterone levels naturally. This was something I had experimented with and had good success…

I’ve been chronically tired my entire life. Felt amazing this Summer, but suddenly out of the blue the chronic tiredness comes back alongside the inability to think properly - ‘brain fog’. I’m talking about Fibromylagia level of fatigue. The only lifestyle change I made was reintroducing bread back into my diet after ending my cut and going back into bulking. I’m really starting to think this whole ‘gluten sensitivity’ bullshit is actually real. I’m gonna cut it back out and see if it makes a di…

I was diagnosed with dyslexia (not really sure if it's the right dianosis), and I really struggle with word comprehension. Without my uridine stack, I can't even hold a proper conversation because my brain just can't seem to interpret what people are saying. Spent the majority of my life pretending to listen to people and the only way I found that worked was if I stared at an object so I could really try and focus on what they're saying. Well, with nootropics, I can actually continue to speak wi…

Phenibut is god-tier for almost any situation, but as you mentioned, it's addictive and tolerance builds up quickly. Definitely would recommend phenibut to someone during their first time doing game, so they can get used to not caring.

Men are more attracted to looks and fertility, which is why women are said to peak at around 22. Women are attracted to men who they feel can look after them and their children, while providing the best genetics. Men are said to peak at around about 42. Yup. Our market value is literally increases every single year so long as we take care of ourselves and work towards our goals. If anything, girls are the ones who get it bad. If a girl isn’t married by around 34, then the odds of her finding her…

I went from 8 months of 'abstinence' to being able to have sex almost on demand. A few years ago I would've called myself an incel. I feel that you're giving up too easily after a sense of rejection. If you go to a club with this frame of mind, it'll only end up as a self-fulfilling prophecy because it will affect the way you game. Clear this bullshit from your head and start showing more gratitude for things.

Jesus Christ dude - great post! Would've never expected chocolate to have been so useful. How long does it take until it kicks in and how long do the effects last? I read somewhere that the consumption of chocolate releases the love hormone (oxytocin), which I can assume is what's helping out here. Really great post. What advice would you give some of us newbies that might wanna try it out?

Modafinil and alcohol is fine. Moda is a stimulant, not a relaxant. Sure, it's not ideal, but Jagerbombs (redbull + Jager) is equally as harmful, if not worse. It's only an issue when you start drinking after taking something like Phenibut or Kratom (relaxants). Then you should be weary. It's not about balls. The alcohol gives you the balls. If anything, Modafinil increase anxiety as per its stimulating effects.

Stop trying to create a problem for every answer and start focusing on enjoying yourself. Going out to have fun should be your #1 priority. You can worry about women later.

It's completely unobjective. It's pseudoscientific . You're dealing with women, so isn't that obvious? A few years back I hated women and would've described myself as an incel. Race isn't that much of an issue. What IS the issue is that you're going to hear racial stereotypes which are more or less just shit-tests. Learn to use it self-humorously. Joke about it. When the girls realise that you're comfortable with yourself, they'll gravitate towards you. Women function more on emotions as opposed…

It's really not. If he's pulling people, then he's got game. Sure, things like your career, appearance, social status, do impact attraction (and in times can be a definitive factor), in the majority of cases it's more or less down to your own game. Want more matches? Work on your social media.

I've literally made my intentions clear and then just said "bye" and deleted them on the spot. Seems pretty dickish but at the end of the day, it's your life and getting used to this helps with dealing with rejection.

Best thing you can do is call yourself a “free spirit”. It’s the safe way of saying “I’m a fuckboy” so that you don’t have to deal with her when she develops feelings (they almost always do)

It really depends. If she's doing it too, then go for it! It shows engagement which is a great sign. The problem stems when there's not really much happening in the conversation and then it looks like you are just adding whatever else is on the top of your mind to try and get something going. Context is absolutely the most important factor.

I spent years thinking it was for women and avoided doing it. I did brosplits for 4 years but changed to Powerlifting after I had an accident, picking up Yoga alongside to help with mobility. To me, Yoga was a game-changer. I feel calm all the time. I rarely get anxious any more and when I do, I just control and slow my breathing down. It also made my voice deeper. I spent most of my years playing video games, which resulted in a nerdy-higher pitched voice. Now my voice is grounded and emanates …

Theres a few things you need to know. Asian women are just as likely to cheat on you as western women but better at keeping it a secret. How many cases would you personally report of this bold claim? What is your evidence? I dont know what you are blaming yourself for It’s part of the Stoic philosophy. Read into it via the sidebar. It’s what MGTOW should be about, however, all I have come across are comments from people who like to blame others. I want a daughter primarily because my mother did.…

I didn’t ask you. I came here for advice on how to avoid being seduced by women. What I received were childish comments that recommend It was ignorant of me to base my expectations of this subreddit from the sidebar, as what I have witnessed within the comment section had little to do with being a man; masculinity, or responsibility. There is no point continuing to converse with you and I can only recommend that you look into Yoga. Best wishes.

Plenty of these women exist - especially within the Eastern Bloc and throughout Asia. You can find the most beautiful women who are patriarchally submissive. Unfortunately, it’s not so common here within the Western world, as the empowerment of women seems to have backfired and turned men into boys without values. After my ex-partner broke it off with me, I spent most of my time and energy blaming her and women for what was actually my own doing. I was a hypocrite that lacked integrity. I blamed…

Why would I be afraid of a woman abandoning me, when she will be the one clutching to my arm? If a woman deceives you, then you probably deserve it or missed out on something. To reiterate, if you are blaming anyone other than yourself, then please check the sidebar and read through the "Stoicism" webpage.

Isn't Stoicism supposed to be part of MGTOW? If your intent as a man means nothing to others, then that is your own fault. To blame anyone other than yourself is the opposite of Stoicism. If your values as a man are not respected, then it is because you lack the integrity to abide by them. Hypocrisy is the worst trait a man can carry. Yes, my intent does matter. It matters because as a man, I command the respect for it to matter. Unfortunately, this mindset has become scarce, due to the bastardi…

I don't intend on dating a woman that has little or no accomplishments of her own. The idea of this post is based on me wanting to avoid women who I feel will hold me back from achieving my potential. I'm starting to get the feeling that many of you are worriers, with over-active minds. When a woman respects you as an authoritative figure, she will want to keep you pleased, providing long as she grew up with a masculine role-model.

I just want to avoid being manipulated and cutting my strings short before I achieve my goals. I think some people take it too far, by saying, “Never marry”. The right woman has the potential to turn a man into a King. But even just pursuing a woman like that would set me off-target.
