The feminazis problem on this topic is exactly that: they are taking a stance that would protect both bad men and bad women, as well as good women, but good men be damned. With no test, the bad men and women get to evade/fraud. The good women already know due to parentage, the good men are victimized. If someone asks for a paternity test, location data, phone password, refusing this access is itself a breach. Expectation of privacy in a marriage is itself a breach.
