4	What Seddit has done FOR me and TO me. I quit smoking weed and cigarettes 3 months ago tomorrow. From this I've also launched myself into lifting weights and eating a better diet. I've been making slow and steady progress! Only issue is my depression, I am going to the doctors in a weeks time and hopefully I'll get therapy help. 7	If you’re introverted, stay true to yourself Best post I've had the pleasure of reading on this forum. I love the part about environments and being comfortable, it never really occurred to me that I should stick to doing things that i am enjoying and mixing it in with approaches. 1	Starting University in less than a month and I won't know anyone! Extra curricular activities associated with the university is a great tip! I am going to be sure to say "Yes" to every opportunity I get, even if I suck at it, it'll give me the chance to meet even more people! Learning how to mix and inviting people you meet over to test out your drinks is probably the best plan I've heard on this site! The Facebook adding thing is going to be a good idea too!
