Didn't know prenups get thrown out often will have to look up the data on that, and I can't comment too well on the kids dilemma since I'm not a dad, the emotional abuse is reason enough for you to leave, and the violence where you get arrested is a shitty double standard in our society In short I think it's okay to keep hope so long as you give yourself a way out
