Q4All: What happens to the increasingly large amount of "left behind" & undesirable men in the dating marketplace? Fallout for society?I do think companion bots are inevitable, and I imagine that will help address the situation posed by OP. If his suggestion is how things do play out, where a small percentage of highly desired men are being shared among multiple female partners, it only presents more motivation for men who can't find companionship to make their own. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 09/08/19 09:53 PM
Q4BP: Do you expect TRP men to shoot themselves in the foot?Pretty much. Be someone people would find interesting, exciting, and attractive. A lot of the other stuff is just fluff. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/07/19 08:29 PM
How well would monogamy hold up if men had freedom of choice rather than women? We may like to tell ourselves that, but realistically any variance of opinion probably only skews things by a few points. No one in their right mind is going to argue that a 1 is a 10 or that a 10 is a 1 for example. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/07/19 08:12 PM
How well would monogamy hold up if men had freedom of choice rather than women?I think monogamy would still be the go to. Men would in theory, just be able to expect better treatment from their partners. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/07/19 07:56 PM
Would you/have you (seriously) dated someone who was a parent? So I'm a man who ended up marrying a single mother. I had always had serious reservations about getting involved with a single mom up to that point, but I liked her too much to pass up. Answers to the male questions: Not now, but I was when we were dating. Probably not, though a teen would have been a little weird considering the point of their lives where you would be entering the picture. Nah. No idea, think I would be equal opportunity if I were to divorce and start dating again. Might be a l… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/07/19 06:26 PM
CMV: A lot of women's experiences being hit on / harassed by dudes come from the fact that men are still expected to make the first move and be persistent.Yikes is about all I can say. Good on your for getting the creepers fired though. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 03/07/19 09:47 PM
CMV: A lot of women's experiences being hit on / harassed by dudes come from the fact that men are still expected to make the first move and be persistent.I was at a bar with a buddy a few months ago sitting one seat removed from a couple of younger women, which I had not thought much about since I'm married. Then this guy strolls up and sits in the empty spot and begins trying to talk to the two women. They make it pretty clear they're not interested upon initial attempts, before one finally states she's not interested and is just chilling with her friend. He then starts to pester asking what the problem is, "are they racist"? At that point the f… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 03/07/19 09:40 PM
Dating becoming too systematicI do I suppose. But part of being an enlightened person is not being ruled by your feelings and learning to reject the less than helpful ones. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 04/04/19 06:21 PM
Dating becoming too systematicThat usually seems to be the case with all philosophies. I start questioning the wisdom of anyone who subcribes 100% to any one viewpoint or entirely dismisses another. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 04/04/19 05:44 PM
Dating becoming too systematicMaybe that's a good thing. The pendulum has swung too far in Western society in terms of courtship to women's advantage. The Internet has taught them they can have 100's of thirsty dudes crawling out of the woodwork to lavish them with time and attention if they want it. Men (and I do blame them for this--not women) have completely flooded the market with their availability and entirely reduced the inherent value of it to dollar store levels. I think younger generations of men are going to have … | /r/PurplePillDebate | 04/04/19 05:38 PM
After coming out of a committed relationship I’m realising my male friends aren’t all they seemedHave to diagree. I am friends with women. Would I have sex with some of them if I were single and they asked? Sure, probably, because I enjoy sex with people I like, but that's not my motivation in being friends with them at all. You can get plenty of fulfillment out of being friends with a woman that you might not from a man that have nothing to do with sex. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 03/04/19 04:54 PM
Most Red Pill is common sense adviceI got a hell of a laugh out of hipster Chad as I suppose that would be my ultimate target were I true believer. When I think Chad, it's usually a frat boy who went on to become a navy seal or something though. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/04/19 10:00 PM
Most Red Pill is common sense adviceA good summary and while I hear you and think you're right, that sentiment does sometimes get lost in TRP where the message tends to be to do your best to become this idealized notion of a Chad. When in reality, the goal in my opinion, should be to become the best version of you that is possible. For some that might actually mean a hell of a lot has to change, but the core persona can and in most cases should stay the same. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/04/19 09:56 PM
Q4Men: Do you experience "chemistry"?You make good points, but I'd argue you can still have chemistry with a woman, as a man and keep it from rolling into oneitis by maintaining an abundance mindset. Just because I have chemistry with one woman, doesn't mean there aren't many others out there that I could feel the same. I think the danger is that it can be easy to develop a oneities mindset when you've convinced yourself she's one of a kind due to that same chemistry through, which is a common trap men can fall into. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/04/19 09:29 PM
Q4Men: Do you experience "chemistry"?I guess I'm weird, but that's not how it works for me. I'm kind of picky when it comes to the types of women I would entertain. I absolutely have to think there is something that for lack of a better term, I think is cool about her. Something that makes her stand out from the other throngs of people. Though being honest, being cute and at a healthy weight are definitely a desirable part of the package. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/04/19 09:24 PM
Question For WomenQ4women women who have dated liberal and conservative men, what was the differences in the way they treated you and interacted with you? How was the sex different? Those are great examples that hit on what I was getting at. I 100% support women choosing a career path over the stay at home mom role, but I personally tend to admire the latter more and chose a partner who shared those sentiments. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/04/19 09:09 PM

Question For WomenQ4women women who have dated liberal and conservative men, what was the differences in the way they treated you and interacted with you? How was the sex different?Damn, not gonna lie but as a progressive man, I'm definitely guilty of saying one thing but then wanting it differently in my personal life. Best I can explain it that I can recognize the value in an ideal and see it as the ultimate longterm goal on a social level, while still being set in my own (probably misguided) ways. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/04/19 04:56 PM
Immutable characteristics and their impact on attractionHave a similar problem with my wife. Size is one area I think you're probably better off the closer to average you are. When I was much younger I thought mine would be a huge boon (no pun intended), but nah. It's just a PITA sometimes and means you have to be conscious of not getting too wild. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/04/19 04:48 PM
Study done by a woman shows part of how women contribute to "toxic masculinity".While I'm one of those people who thinks there are a lot of valuable ideas in red pill philosophy, one concept I've always thought is silly having lived on this Earth for 40 years is the idea that "all women are like that (AWALT)". They're just not. As there are women who genuinely are only attracted to typical masculine traits, there are plenty who can appreciate men who are more in tune with their sensitive sides as well. For example, I've known plenty of goth and emo dudes over the years who … | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/04/19 11:50 AM
