For the most part yes. There is a test called the Brandenburg test that speech espousing violence is put through to determine if its protected or not. "Means" is a big one most violent speech falls short of surviving the test. If you say you are going to carpet bomb Oklahoma, you're probably in the clear unless you have a couple B-52s and some ordinance laying around. Then there is fighting words doctrine. A little tough to explain in a couple sentences so here is an article on it. https://www.t…

Yeah that’s all made up unless there’s a source and these claims are at least partially verifiable.

The key word they used is rate. That takes population percentages into account. Your argument is weak and flawed.

Think of me a coward all you want cupcake. How does the line go “The lion doesn’t trouble himself with braying of the sheep” or something to that effect. Go away.

I’ve put in exactly the effort you’re worth. You started with bad faith and you expect a reasoned debate? You’re a zealot and an ideologue who is too ignorant to realize their ignorance. Now fuck off down the road somewhere and sell your baby under to someone else.

Yeah neither of those apply. I’d take your brain at this point to fulfill the bet but it’s not of much value.

It’s not vague. Gestational age at which the child can be detected with a retail pregnancy test is a well known point. How else would I be able to prove I’m not religious to you being a believer or non believer of a god or gods is simply a declaration. You’ve spit on my gracious offer of only a kidney. I’ll take your dominant sided arm now.
/r/MensRights16/05/19 11:02 PM
5

Detectable pregnancy by any easily acquired test(retail run of the mill pregnancy test) makes the child a person and the mother an informed party. Their viability outside of the womb is irrelevant. I’ll take that organ now, I’m an atheist. I’m a kind organ harvester so I’ll just have the kidney soyou can survive, unlike your penchant for murdering unborn children.
/r/MensRights16/05/19 09:13 PM
2

Nope. I don’t need a religion or god to tell me killing unborn children is at best amoral and more likely morally abhorrent.
/r/MensRights16/05/19 08:27 PM
4

Not even a little bit. This is a right to be, to exist issue. I don’t need some mystical man in the sky to tell me killing unborn children is morally wrong.

No. If his personality is exclusively “I’m gay” it becomes insufferable. A simplification for either straight or gay; ones sexuality isn’t a replacement or substitute for a personality.
/r/MensRights02/03/19 05:26 PM

Here I’ll do it for the other one too just for you mr sensitive. If you can never turn off the bro voice, only ever talk about bangin hoes, and measure your worth by your conquests you’re an insufferable asshole.
/r/MensRights02/03/19 05:01 PM
2

No. If you can never turn the twink lisp off, the over the top drama setting is the default, and most things you talk about are in regards to your sexuality you fit the bill to me. In pointing out Brad I’d probably reply with the dumb and dumber line and we’d chuckle and move on.
/r/MensRights02/03/19 03:51 PM

I’m saying it’s obnoxious no matter straight or gay. One is called a misogynist or chauvinist the other is a flamer.
/r/MensRights02/03/19 01:50 PM

Nah the shoving it down everyone’s throat part is when your whole identity is around being gay. Change it up talk about your crocheting( Ha gaaaaay) or cars or shopping or whatever interest you have besides cock gobbling. Some straight guys do it too. They literally can’t turn it off especially around friends.

It most certainly is. You are are arguing that the material deserves to not even be considered because of who is presenting it. Mash words all you want it's the truest form of an ad hominem out there.

Ad hominem. Attack the content of the video.
/r/PussyPassDenied18/10/17 01:02 PM

Untrue. Crime statistics adjusted for poverty and population percentage still shows a disproportionate amount coming from one community.

No cops are a deterrent to crime. We can argue their effectiveness but to claim cops are paid to be thugs is mouth breathing fucking retarded.
/r/PussyPassDenied18/10/17 02:04 AM
3

You are a special kind of retard aren't you? First comment is about white people doing all the mass shootings your comment is about how Whitey gets mad when statistics are used against him instead of the other way around my comment is saying the statistics don't back it up...... which part is confusing for you? Do I need... to....speak....slowerrrrrr?
/r/PussyPassDenied18/10/17 01:57 AM

The statistics don't back up that only white people do school/mass shootings. Sooooo yeah you're wrong.
/r/PussyPassDenied18/10/17 01:48 AM

The rates of resisting arrest convictions extrapolated for population percentages would clear this up....... no need to call someone racist for asking for proof to the contrary.

Given a choice most of America will pick heavy handed violent cops over violent thugs anyday of the week. Not a tough choice really

Lol in the source video they are all yelling BLM. Whoops....
/r/PussyPassDenied18/10/17 01:19 AM

At no point did the officer even hint at escalating force. Cops have anywhere between 50-100 million interactions with the general populace everyday and less than .0001% involve violence. I don't expect you to listen to stats though you have had your shit logic beat back constantly in the thread and you keep interjecting with more nonsense.

You have to have to have higher than a 0% effective tax rate to make a claim to "our" roads. Can't be leaching more money off the system than paying and claim to contribute.
/r/PussyPassDenied28/09/17 01:42 PM
1

That may be one of the biggest strawman ive ever seen. No one claimed the downfall of society for non binary gender normalization. We were debating wether tumblr has any sway on feminism or society. It's ok though, I can see now you aren't playing with a full deck of cards. Good day.
/r/PussyPassDenied23/06/17 01:16 PM
3

We don't all know it happens because, again, it's impossible to quantify thus prove. This is the inherent problem with debating these days, people will make a claim and back it up with some form of the statement "it is well known thus I don't have to prove it". This is lazy and invalidates most of your other points.
/r/PussyPassDenied23/06/17 01:13 PM
2

You aren't listening and arguing against a strawman. Non binary gender has permeated our society. It's undeniable. I don't care how many you've met. Thats anecdotal and useless
/r/PussyPassDenied23/06/17 12:50 PM
2

Way to cherry pick. Address non-binary genders. That is tumblr bullshit through and thorough and our governments, mainstream media, Facebook, schools, have bought this BS on wholesale. It's even trying to penetrate hard sciences like biology. "I feel different from my physical biolog therefore I can ignore all empirical data collected over the last few millennia and chose what I want to be".
/r/PussyPassDenied23/06/17 12:36 PM
4

Women had the right to vote just like any other man did during that time.... as long as they owned land. Men without land couldn't vote either. You'll notice the original suffragettes didn't include black women or men in their fight for "equality".
/r/PussyPassDenied23/06/17 12:31 PM
9

I don't agree at all with what he said but you may be even more of a retard with this statement.
/r/PussyPassDenied23/06/17 12:28 PM
3

What you've stated is impossible to quantify thus useless. The real reason there's a wage gap is because of personal choices women take. They tend to take safer more stable jobs and take less risk. They work far fewer hours than men on average. They do not enter dangerous professions, even though they pay really well. In short they value family/personal time over making more money. What feminists are asking for is equality of outcome not equality of opportunity.
/r/PussyPassDenied23/06/17 12:26 PM
6

On the flip side there are women who see men and their income as a source of income for them. Even the courts will help them secure that.
/r/PussyPassDenied23/06/17 12:21 PM
2

Dictate? No. Does the insanity espoused their seep into the real world? Absolutely. Wearing their menstrual cycle discharge as "war paint" throwing used tampons at those who oppose their insanity, shit look at the non-binary gender bullshit being perpetuated in every level of society. That is straight from tumblr.

It's tough to quantify and mostly just a personal observation. I think you're making some assumptions on the severity of force. The bold text says self defense is ok to prevent unlawful force if its imminent eg raised fist. It doesn't matter in Florida how unequal the forces are unless it broaches probable lethal force. Some states have "disparity of force" laws or precedents but Florida does not. Yes raising your fist in an assault. Land the punch its assault and battery.

Right? So thoroughly owned that I started pulling for her to at least get a couple counterpoints in.

I'm about 95% sure this is the upstairs area of the food court at Jacksonville Landing. A really long "mall" that holds all kinds of events and sees crazy traffic. Especially the annual Florida Vs Georgia football game. They may have done men a favor with this one, those restrooms are disgusting.

WHO WOULD YOU SUE? How could you possibly know if they A. Are in the USA. B. Not a minor. C had a dime to their name D are able to be identified by an Internet handle. It's not realistic, it's far from an open and shut case, so I repeat no attorney in the world would take this case. If this was "discrimination per se" anyone that ever called someone a slut would be actionable. You're delusional.

Actionable??? Lol not an attorney on the planet who would take that. Where's the damages? Who would you sue? Just smoke a bowl and calm your tits. It will all be ok.

I'm not sure what state or country you are in but I have read about people going to civil court and getting a summary judgement for back child support. Then either employing a debt collection service to try and collect on a commission basis OR just outright sell the debt. Just an option! Good luck Edit: the logic behind this is debt collection company's have AMPLE Resources to try to find her and collect. Civil summary judgment entitles her to nothing in family court. Worst case scenario: you tr…

He says he didn't have sex with her if you took the time to read it. It was an allegation by the spiteful daughters. Separating him from his wife in her final months.

Lol didn't even try to hide that documentarys goal was to delegitimize. Campy music throughout the whole thing. I understand having music while the B-roll is playing but come on.

Proponents of the rape culture narrative love sticking examples like these in everyone's face and when they are thoroughly debunked slink back to the macro strategy. "Entrenched misogyny in our society is to blame regardless of the legitimacy of this individual story". It's disturbing.

Ironically she looks like what I picture Jackie looking. Minus being well groomed, I imagine Jackie in berks and hello kitty shirt.

I'm glad he did it. He had ample opportunity to take the easy way out and settle. One thing I'd like to see from his camp would be a timeline of press releases, lawsuits filed, and title IX demands. They seemed to strategically coincide with '13 national championship game '13 Heisman ceremonies '14 CFP games and '15 draft. It was a media full court press knowing the merits of the case would never stand on their own.
