the community center wanted to fix this issue, they could easily designate the equivalent number of hours for men only and be done with it. But they won't, for obvious reasons. A community center is most certainly a public utility. I can't see any way it wouldn't be. It could be privately funded, it could be a JCC,YMCA ect. I disagree, a community center is not a public utility and men(myself included) have used them for years for men only counseling and support groups. Just put your big boy panties on and let the women have a few hours of pool time to themselves so they can exercise. I would say that he did present why it should be in the course, he does have a point that there are biological causes as to why men do stuff and ignoring may print a grim picture. For example: "Men have lead every war that has taken place in the last 300 years." Is a true statement but to understand WHY that is happening you would need to know that men are better biologically equipped to wage war then women.

I grew up mormon you do not need to lecture me on what the honor code is. She reported the rape to the police, not the school, then the police turned over that police report to the school, illegally, and are now punishing her for the circumstances in which she was raped.
