Dude, you are fine, like chill out. Your bigger issue is do you want this girl to be with you or not. If you are going raw, she's cool with you doing the shot inside, she probably sees you as a long term thing. If you see this only as temporary just use condoms.

Man, you should have just ended it after the half hour to one hour mark then asked her out to dinner when you are done studying for exams. If you see her again can still probably do so. People just have a rhythm you need to learn. You don't really click with someone until 24 hour in with them. You should read Mating in Captivity, also learn more about Tantra sex.
