Well I don't like rain showers. I personally like to lean up against something and let the water hit my back with as much pressure as possible. I feel her argument of it being sexist is stupid. Its personal preference.

I firmly believe that Social Media is the worst thing to happen to society. The concept sounds good on paper but in practice its a fucking dumpster fire. I have all the accounts but dont use most of the platforms. Twitter is deleted, Tinder I have reactivated because I am moving overseas (retiring at 33... fuck yeah) and FB I have kept just to make it easier for family to get hold of me overseas. I have Insta and Snap accounts but the apps havent been installed in over a year. I don't have the t…

Really? I am chubs and busy lifting with a friend and I easily out to him with anything leg related. Its like the only muscles in my body it seems. He beats me with anything upper body, so its a good motivation to keep trying to match him (and then surpass him).

I have no experience working out with a woman but I recently got into gym and my gym partner is a friend from work. He has more experience in the gym so he shows me what we should do, and he has more upper body strength so I am just a few kilograms. But I beat him in legs easily. This motivates us both and it becomes a competitive experience because we have someone to beat.

And you can be his way of getting photos of his little girl. Its not much but its at least something. I know... I haven't seen mine in 5 years. Suicide starts to look very tempting if you don't people supporting around you.

So I am not the only one who thought she looked fucking smug on stage. Looking at her face irritated me to no end.

She negotiated like men do in wage negotiations. That is a skill men excel at. Most women do not yet we are the bad guys because we ask for more money. She hit the nail on the head when she attributed her poor earnings to the fact that she put her career to the side while she had kids.

I would argue that given the EXTREME PRO-FEMINIST aspect of Clinton discussing these politics (above all others) is pertinent to this subreddit. Unless of course you want to see this subreddit (and sites with similar view points) disappear due to them being "misogynistic" and banned by a Clinton led government. This is a power-hungry post-menopause bitch who will go to war to get what she wants, just like every other extreme feminist. I specifically raised this subject in the hopes to spark deba…

That is pretty much my new diet. Carbs are out, and only healthy low sugar food is in. My one cappuccino per day is my only privilege.

Thank you. Is there any information regarding what would be the case if I controlled my caloric intake very strictly even post workout. My previous experience shows that even from a strict diet I lose weight on my belly which is my problem area. And also my face. Coincidentally as I've picked up more weight and updated my Tinder photo I've had less matches.

If you find a traditional Afrikaans girl then its awesome. They are the type who believe husband rules the household, they will cook and clean without complaint and generally very submissive to their men.

Born and raised in SA... however I inherited a British accent from my father. And you can imagine how useful that is around the Afrikaans girls.

I live in South Africa. I'd like to hear the thoughts of those more red than myself. I have a tendancy to over think things. In my mind the fact that she actually walked out the coffee shop and across the parking lot to come talk to me makes me think she was actually expressing interest.

/u/Futuretrophyhusb is absolutely correct. The best way to avoid approach/rejection anxiety is to get rejected. The more you get rejected the less it affects you until you reach a point where when a girl rejects you and you go to the test one. And dude I'll be frank. I am not that handsome, I currently weight 230 pounds (thankfully I am 6'5") and I manage to get laid. Even managed to plate a few now and again for months on end. While working on your weight also work on reading and internalising …

Good idea! Thanks. I am not looking for validation. I'm looking for criticism and analysis, because without either how can one better oneself.

This once again remains me of the saying; the oldest child in the house is the wife. Her feminist ideals are what she wants, but like all children what she wants and what she needs are two different things. She married a beta (pussy) [want] and is now realising he isn't the man she [needs]

I learned the lesson the hard way. There are only a few people I trust. Myself, my dad, and my best mate. All men, and even my dad and my best mate don't know all my secrets. You go for counselling or reveal your inner feelings to a woman and you are done for. Never again!

I agree with u/ArgKyckling You need to inform your gf, if you blindside her she might back her sister in an argument but if she knows where you stand and that you won't take it lying down then she will hopefully back you.

You now need to do two things: Focus on your health (lift, eat properly, etc) Focus on your job. I'm sure you've got something you want to buy (new car, big ass TV). Now is the time to work hard and then buy these things as a reward for working hard. Focus on yourself. Its that simple. I might not be the biggest RP but the moment I got a job that rewarded me for working hard I worked my ass off and now a year later I am driving my dream car. Thanks to RP I realised that the only person that matt…

The comments on the site are shocking. There are a fair bit of trolls on that News site though. I first became aware of the article on this site: http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthread.php/698946-Man-tells-of-shock-and-pain-after-women-raped-him The comments on that forum tend to be anti- male rape.

However, the analogy from the Matrix is very useful. Some men don't want to be unplugged, they don't want to see the system for what it really is. They are so brainwashed by the feminist agenda that they can't see the truth.

South Africa may have its political issues but 90% of our women are the epitome of feminine. Especially the Afrikaans girls, the English girls are feminine but tend to be more stuck up and bitchy. The Afrikaans girls value things such as making a home and raising the kids, and they pull their weight as financial earners too.

Men and women cant be friends. I have one female friend, who is married. I keep contact down to once a week, enquire about her kids and herself, and when I see her husband I give him the respect he deserves. We are friends from my old job and just got along very well. Would I fuck her if I got the chance... fuck yes. A real cutie. Girl next door type. But that is why I limit contact and only come round when invited by both of them.

Red Pill is about taking control of your life; putting everyone else second and focussing on the most important person, you. So go home and tell your wife that the two of you will have another kid when you decide so and not any time sooner. You need to put your foot down and remind her that you are the man of the house and it is her duty to respect your decisions.

Agreed, in fact its a lovely little "don't worry dear" message to all the women watching it. Don't worry dear, you can drink beer and hangout with the guys, fuck around like a raging nympho slut and the good provider will still marry you even after he knows that your pussy has seen more traffic than Grand Central Station.

My only comment to add to the already great comments (especiallyby u/GekkoPie) is the way you went for the number. When asking for a number make it an instruction, such that her saying no is a form of disrespecting your Alpha status. "How about you give me your number" - BAD! "Give me your number so we can chat on Whatsapp" - works EVERY time for me. You don't negotiate with terrorist, children and women. You give them instructions.

I love the apparent dread she is experiencing... she waited by the phone. HAHA. This bitch is probably afraid that she is going to finally be getting some sex for the time she is not there. Love it.

I am 6'5" and for my entire life my family would keep telling me to stand up straight. I only discovered how vital this was when I became older. Walk into a business meeting and be a full head taller than anyone else and the effects are amazing. You are spot on when it comes to people treating you differently when you stand up straight.

My friends believe I hate women, which I do not. One of my best mates just got dumped by his ex then discovered that a mutual bro is now dating her which is seriously BS in my books. Any way he as said to another friend that he understands why I hate women. Sadly he is at that point where he won't be able to internalise TRP because he is just too angry.

Well done. You took control and you are getting what you want. I would say that recovering a failing LTR is worth it because you have already invested so much into it.

I think its because you are still young. Some issues people will have is that you still went with what seems to be a safe bet for your prom date. I will only say this, you are still young and still need to full see what TRP can do for your life as an adult, but don't let your age or the downvotes get you down. You have taken a good first step. Firstly, well done for putting Queen Bitch in her place, and the decision to get the hotel room and just lay down the law was spot on. Now here is the key…

I do a shave once every 4 days. Firstly I love shaving with my DE and spending time shaving. But after 4 days I have serious stubble which is great for when I want to go out a look a little more manly. But facial hair irritates the shit out of me so I usually get rid of it ASAP.

You ask any person here what they think of this incident and they will tell you that she got what she deserved. The culture here is very pragmatic when it comes to this sort of incident.

I heard about this on the radio the other day (I live in South Africa) and the radio hosts had to agree that she got what she deserved.

If a woman refused to take my name in marriage then I would refuse to marry her. Its an insult and shows how little she respects you.

That woman is so self-centered. Firstly their baby is 9 months old, which means that they are battling with sleepless nights and more than likely the poor guy has to go to work in the morning so the idea of losing more sleep is not something he is into right now. But she can't look past her own selfish desire to have another baby even though he is probably worried about the finances too.

The joke is that you have to be a man to understand why keeping our legs together is uncomfortable... and considering sperm don't like being warm we naturally sit with our legs apart because its healthy for is.
