I could give a shit about her co-workers. I think it would be terrifically embarrassing to her, which would make me happy. I just wonder if it would be counterproductive ...

State doesn't allow it. Either certified mail, waiver of acceptance signed by defendant, or personal service. But yes, I'm moving things to safe places, taking inventory, splitting off my paycheck, etc.

Good advice! I've been moving valuables (including hard drives with records), a few at a time, to a storage unit. Got a voice-activated recorder. Putting half my paycheck into a personal account. Starting whole-house inventory next week.

I suppose I could ... but I know (more or less) when she's going to be at work, much more than I know when she's going to be home. Plus, the embarrassment factor of being served at work would be huge; I just don't know if it would be tactically wise or not.
