OP, I agree and have been saying this for a long time and to anyone. If you go into an interaction with an end goal of sex or a relationship, then that is what you shoot for. Then the curiosity fades and she will pick up on that. Approach women or anyone for that matter as though they are an old friend you haven't seen in a long time. Listen and don't just wait your turn to speak. Ask questions. Be curious.

If I feel like seeing her again...I'll usually take her to breakfast. Voila! No awkward moments, just smiles and conversations over food and coffee. That is, unless she's not into you or the sex sucked.

I have before but only because I already needed to be in the area for business...in fact my current fwb, that I like the most lives 2.5hrs away. I tell her when I'm planning to be in the area and she makes time for a sleepover. However, I usually keep an option for each city I regularly visit.
