I wouldn't have a problem building with someone even if I was more established, but I wouldn't built with her if she was fat and trying to lose a significant amount of weight. Studies have noted that the rate of divorce after bariatric surgery can be as high as 75-85 percent in the first two years after surgery. I would say Jerry Springer. I used to be a fan in the early days before the Frank Castle and before they consistently had 10+ guests on the show. They used to actually have interesting conversations. It was refreshing after watching KS for a bit. KS's show has always been depressing to me.

Given the fact that women are the ones filing for divorce most of the time, it is pretty funny that many share your sentiment about prenups. The media is bias and a lot of times has no clue what it is talking about. That is why I like watching people with expertise. For Tech+Law related stuff, I watch Hoeg's Law and for Marriage/Current events I watch The Lead Attorney on youtube. TLA is redpill, but he will call people out when they are BS. RP likes to push the idea of prenups never work, but TLA exposes how the times it doesn't work are actually the fault of the guy and how to create an ironclad prenup.

His prenup saved him basically. Even though she claimed that he ripped it up, his prenup had a clause that said it couldn't be voided that way. The lawyers that wrote that prenup are going to be getting a lot of business. She settled because her lawyers probably told her that she has no chance of breaking the prenup and accepting his 100mil offer was better than what the prenup stated.

Dr. Dre actually won. He gets to keep his masters, apple stock, most of the properties, etc. The report was that last year he offered more than what was settled. His wife is also not eligible for alimony and has to pay her own attorney's fees. Dre is worth 800 million and only had to pay 100 million. In a normal divorce she would get at least 400 million plus half the rights. The Lead Attorney did a great breakdown of it on youtube.

From my understanding, the prenup has to be reasonably fair to both parties and both parties have to understand what they are signing with no duress. If you are trying to leave them with nothing, I would agree that a judge will throw void the prenup in an instant. A lot of guys think they can get leave their ex spouse penniless if there is a divorce.

I am not a lawyer, but from what I have seen from lawyers in the manosphere, you can get alimony waived in a prenup. Child support cannot be waived, but a lot of states are switching to 50/50 custody as the default.
