Screw free tuition and student loan debt forgiveness. I worked hard to pay for school quarter by quarter and barely got by. Rode the city bus to save my gas money and never ate out. It's not my resposibilty to fund your 100k college drunk escapade. If you're dumb enough to take out over 100k in loans for a liberal arts degree, don't ask me to take on that burden and contribute to bailing you out.

Believe me, I hear you. So much of the desire to have a wife comes from societal programming and pressure. Honestly, I don't really have a vice. Working and investing/saving for retirement is what I mainly do. I enjoy cooking and exercising. If I've got free time outside of work and daily responsibilites I'll read, play guitar, or make travel plans, but I can easily do without any of those things. And if all else fails and I'm bored I'll throw a video game in for an hour or two, but these days I catch myself playing less and less. I'll find myself going months without playing any video games.

It's probably easier said than done but I would not have given this girl the time of day to respond to her. A simple "Goodbye" would suffice. If you can avoid getting into a foolish argument, do it. You'll either end up wasting your breath or looking like a fool yourself (usually both).
