Why so defensive? I highlited bots' presence on the sub that might be used for karma farming or making accs to build up presence for marketing and sales? I won't reply any longer in this post. No spare time to argue

The way you break up paragraphs makes it read like an AI answer. Pure reaffirmation, comment doesn't bring anything new, no criticism, repetitive paragraph structure, consistent writing style through, summary at the end. At least one ' -' dash per paragraph, and at least one sentence starting with And in most paragraphs as well.. Tbf, at this point, why even reply

I'm pretty chill. You're the only one being emotional in this line of messages? Why are you white knighting on something that doesn't require it, assuming ill intent? Your effeminate communication style and guesswork of my intent is irksome, to say the least.

The thing is that these women lived their whole life with pretty privilege, so once they become normal and lose their privilege, then they can't comprehend what did change and blame it on men, patriarchy or whatsoever

Agreed, some time ago there was a post on relationships or subs like that where (if I remember correctly) woman was writing about her husband mourning death of his father, and how that made the husband look weak and her questing the relationship as he wasn't as 'steady/stable' as he used to be resulting in her feeling insecure. This is also one of the reasons why showing too many emotions in a relationship will only hurt you long term.

It's melancholic how the further women start exploring /discovering themselves, the more they are lost in the facade of short lived relationships.

It's not about what works or not long term, it's about his principles/boundaries and how he was willing to bend them, just to preserve that illusion of the relationship.

Post seems rather superfluous, using many words to describe little content . Saying manage your time wisely would do the job, only reading the reddit articles won't solve your problems, actions then words. Also adding tldr to TRP post, like really ? Is it some kind of shitpost I'm too ignorant to understand? If someone can't spend 5 mins to read the post, then don't bother changing whole life. I'd say sidebar with this one.

It is what you make out of it, red pill is a framework; not a magic solution. TRP doesn't make, nor exclude you from being a decent man. As with everything, you need to filter what you read, and learn what suits you. If someone was a creep BP, then they'll be creeps RP. As a result of growing community there'll be more and more branchings of TRP, we also can't forget that everyone is at different stage of TRP acceptance with some posting in their 'anger' phase and some posting to promote their b…

Life's a grind, so here we are. Initially, when contacting the TRP I was rather sceptical to phrases saying that 'it's changing the worldview' and 'we'd never see things the way they were'. However after experiencing and seeing all the bs around; as men we can only keep on going; aware of that, or muddled in 'bliss' of ignorance.

This writing seems like you are trying to portray that you don't care too much about her, but at the same time it seems that you have Oneitis on her. Maybe she gets confused by the mixed signals ? Nonetheless, as people above mentioned withdraw attention and focus on other options, if she flakes then you won't be highly affected

Eh not gonna to argue with a little man that needs to insult others to feel better, tap your back in your cage called TRP.red and dont go out. Trp was created for discussion and sharing of dating strategies, instead of pointless nags. There's nothing about not understanding, but putting a message across.

You mad? You must be special kind of retarded to say others are retarded, instead of using arguments to prove your point. Briefly looked through their content and it's more predatory compared to TRP so I don't see why we're silenced and it doesn't matter, it's just to highlight admins bias. E. Also reddit has a bigger audience that'd let us get to more people, rather than closing ourselves to TRP.red and silently dissipating in a few years.

Important to note at the end of the article it says that kids are not genetically related to mother as they used the EGG Donor, thus one more of the reasons why she shouldn't have so much say in this matter.

Is it bad post ? No, but it's also not good one. It does repeat the basics, but let's keep in mind that it's a place to discuss things like that. Maybe not specifically about this post but I think it's important to note an emerging a branching of TRP to Active TRP ( Guys that live by principles, see results and post here ) and Keyboard TRP ( Guys that read or say that they read the sidebar and focus solely on theorizing things rather than living by them ). Honestly I'd give a try to sign up for some martial arts lessons, or even going to gym boxing cardio or getting some punching bag. From your comment it's hard to say how much martial experience you have, but the way how you hit and shift your weight does greatly affect the result. Usually the fights don't end with fast and destructive attack on the vital point, as the other guy isn't stupid and don't want to get his ass beaten as well.

Yeah that's kind of intermediate basics. After you go through the relationship sub, you can see posts from both men and women expressing loss of affection from the female after man shares his feelings/fears and worries. I remember one post where woman said that she is understanding etc but couldnt prevent her disgust and couldn't look on him the same as in the past. It doesn't mean that we have to be unmoved at all, but cannot share too much of it with your partner, for that we got friends in a …

Your experience sounds quite similar to mine. Done that, made out, at some point felt like a babysitting, as the shit-test escalated to near fights with other guys and I was dumbly drunk enough to get punched in the face by some random creep. Left them and enjoyed the rest of the night with others. Learned there to mind my own business.

To start going for others, you first need to secure yourself. Start taking responsibility for your actions, regarding the title it's not your oneitis, but yourself that gets you into the trouble. Rely on the discipline, not motivation. Don't look for the excuses, no one will check on yourself other than the guy you will see in the mirror. Track your results. There's no magic solution, just consistency. Sit and write down everything you want to achieve for the next day; then just do and cross it …

Yeah but when speaking about the weight we need to consider metabolism as a whole, conversion, storage and expenditure. I guess you're right that it shouldn't magically raise the weight short term, but over time it might make it harder to lose it and in a long term resulting in a weight gain. I asked one of the professors of biochemistry regarding this matter and they said that simply speaking calorie isn't calorie but they didn't go into detail and i regret not asking more deeply.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/15113737/ In this one the weight was more easily lost in diets higher in protein compared to diets higher in other nutrients, this suggests that different nutrients are metabolized in different manner. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC506782/ This one says that The second law of thermodynamics says that variation of efficiency for different metabolic pathways is to be expected. Thus, ironically the dictum that a "calorie is a calorie" violates th…

It's sad. I though that today would be another day of working on myself and exchanging ideas with men around the world how to be better and stuff, and we get censorship like that. It's not much about TRP, but I realised that when on diet/ eating with calorie deficit I'm more motivated to meet with my goals and challenge life, compared to the time when I'm full. That little tingle of hunger reminds me that there's job to be done. Anyone got something alike?

Positives: -Finished 48 Laws and now going to revise TRM once again, don't have time to read through TRM3 atm, but will do so later. - Done some uni work Negatives: Stopped going to the gym this week as procrastination got all my deadlines stuck at the same time, need to make a plan of action. - Still can't keep up with diet. Conquering yourself is slightly easier after meeting some setbacks, as they make you reflect your actions. It's still up to conscious part of yourself to decide whether to act on these reflections and 'become a man' - non feminized way, or find buffers and keep falling down the slope to become slave to your desires. It's not quite unreasonable that self actualization is at the top of the Maslow's hierarchy of needs,After meeting basics of the other neccessities, self actualization is just a star…
