1	Drink-spiking leading to date-rape is a urban legend. (British Journal of Criminology) False. I know three different girls who blacked out, and either came to with some frat boy on top of her, or woke up the next morning in a compromising situation. They were all slipped GHB. 4	Perpetuating the myth "1 in 4 women is beaten in her own home. Fists and Bruises, a black-and-blue world." I know a girl who beat up her boyfriend, then always said how abusive he was to her. I know both of them well, and I seriously doubt it, especially when he was the one with bruises all the time, and she's the one with a drinking problem and an aggressive personality. I hate people like her, who lie and play the poor-defenseless-woman card. 0	Feminism is a hate movement It's outdated. It's talking about 1st and 2nd wave feminists, who went too extreme against what they viewed as oppression. 3	Feminism is a hate movement This makes no sense. If feminism is a hate movement, then so is the mens rights movement (i.e. neither of them are). -7	Feminism is a hate movement The KKK is a hate movement. Feminism, at it's core, is a progressive movement for equality. There are angry and outspoken members, just like in any group, that are the best at getting media attention, and the best at giving opposing groups fodder for complaint. I just think taking out anger from some bad experiences on an entire gender is kind of doing the exact thing you hate... It makes you the same as angry feminists who say all men are pigs. 0	Man and women charged for the exact same crime (commercial sex trafficking of a minor, the woman's daughter), he gets 25 years and she gets 15. He is named and she is not... He got 25 years because he taught her to do these things "with him and others." It says the mom participated in the business, and profited, but doesn't say anything about her molesting her own daughter. So thats probably why his sentence is bigger.	/r/MensRights	25/09/09 03:38 PM
