Yeah after I approach and crush the doubts I feel great, glorious. Definitively I will never be the same, in some way this experience change me forever, as every other time I decided to do something and don't fall against fears or doubts. It's not the first time that this happen, but for some reason this will linger in my memory more that other times. It's like a weight that I lift out of myself, making me stronger.

Thanks for the tip. Actually I have a problem with this, humility and myself doesn't go well and I need to incorporate more in my life. I don't know how, in that sense I've been said to be an egomaniac, even now that I have done nothing great. Of course I'm ambitious, and I fear that if I make great things, which is the purpose, that part of me will get out of control and I will become an insufferable brown version of Donald Trump. What is your take on this fella?

Good: Approaching without a hint of fear several times in college. Really feeling outcome independent, or at least close to it while talking to some girls. Being capable of saying what you want without fear of rejection and building atrraction is a beautiful thing. Intense calisthenics and bodyweight training every day. Ran 3km at once. Eating mostly healthy food and not crap. Spend quality time with my family. Not spending time with some toxic people. Get a little better with the abilities that…
