Leave it imo. Don't stoop down to mud slinging, ignore them and focus on you.

I still have a wife and I ask her permission for nothing. I've started investing and I'm up £500 she knows nothing of it.

A family friend has family in Austria, someone died and gave this and a 1939 ice pick made by the same company to him, he then gave it to me because I collect a few knives and swords. You can probably find one somewhere but I don't know where, this particular one might be worth £300 given its history.

lol I've spent much more than $200 on swords that I just hang on the wall, at least a watch has some use. I still prefer swords...

It's in fantastic condition considering it's 81 years old. Wish I had the Mauser but we can't own guns in the UK, the k98 is still regarded as one of the best rifles ever made 85 years after it was designed.

This is like when he builds the house but she chooses the paint colour and they did the work 50/50.

So does he earn $200k annually but he can't afford a new roof? Wife spent the mortgage payment and now he's stressed about that? On a $200k salary? How can someone earn that much and have stress over money? I make around 20% of what he does and money isn't an issue at all.

I'm in the UK, bought my house in 2011 and in probably 4 years it will be paid and I'll own the house 100%. I'm 32 now so I'll be 36 with no rent and no mortgage, saving thousands each year every year into my future. Very simple decision the way I see it.

Hey I'm a powerlifter (32m) so I know a little bit. Are trying to lose weight or gain muscle? Lifting weights typically makes you stronger and therefore heavier. If you want to lose weight then cardio is better, which you can do with weights but they should be very light so you can do tons of reps. Heavy weight over short time will build muscle & strength, light weight over long time will get your heart rate up and burn calories leading to some fat loss.

Nice quote, something that resonates with me now as I consider my future

What I meant was anything that looks clean & tidy, it could be long but it will take more maintenance. Don't be someone who clearly doesn't make an effort with his appearance, nobody will respect that.

Far too young for this. As others have said just focus on yourself. Now is the time to realise that in just a few years you'll be expected to be a man and mostly that means emotional maturity and responsibility. Find your path, your career and put all you have into it. Live clean, eat well, exercise, present yourself well, clean hair cuts/dress sense etc... Seriously just focus exclusively on yourself and when you grow, others will be drawn to you. If you don't want relationships with women that…

I'm sexless and friendless. So which is worse? I don't know, I'm a very introverted person I don't even feel like I need friends so I'm gonna say sexless is worse.

I get this a lot, I'm 32 and love gaming, have done since I was 5 or 6 playing Mario and sonic. There's other hobbies that she seems to respect more but she cant accept that gaming isn't just for kids anymore, we've all grown up with it and still love it. It's alright to shut her down on these things, if you just casually brush it off the frustration will build and maybe you avoid doing your stuff because you don't want the criticism. Just tell her straight, this is what I'm doing and it doesn't…

She's doing the classic technique of giving you attention to make you feel good, then withdrawing that attention to leave you missing that attention and wanting some more. She can control you this way, the fact you're here saying she makes you crazy proves that she's got you by the balls. You need to do the same back to her, if she then starts acting like you are now then it would suggest she is interested. If she just dissappears and never contacts you again then she's been playing games with y…

I (32m) don't care aslong as I can see you're passionate about it. First GF was a dancer. Wife now is into arts & craft. Bonus if we share hobbies but don't fake it.

My dad 100% He's almost 61, left my mum 27 years ago and has had a few GFs here and there but as soon as she starts asking to move in he breaks it off and starts again with someone new. Owns his house, 3 Harley Davidson bikes, a truck, no debts, plenty in the bank, works labouring jobs when he feels like it. Spends most his time listening to his collection of 50s blues & rock n roll records. He tours all over Europe on his bikes through the summer. I'm 32 and married, not going well. But where I…

No signs. Sex was weekly usually. Then after the wedding day it was about 4 months. I don't care about fixing it anymore. I just think she wanted the big day and a baby and now she has both I'm no longer required.

Marriage is just a bad idea completely. There's no good reason to marry especially for men. I'm currently in a dead bedroom and miserable marriage. We just co habit for our daughter. We're just about civil to eachother but it sometimes boils over, we call eachother bad names, tell eachother to fuck off. Before marriage everything was fine, regular sex, dates, weekends away, holidays. She always said she wanted to be married. Then as soon as it happened she didn't give a shit anymore, sex ended, …

I've been in relationships that were not right but I too was scared to leave because I didn't have the confidence in myself to believe I could cope without her. I was needy and weak. If you could deal with your insecurities and become a stronger person you would realise that he is no good for you, he shouldn't be treating you this way. I know it's hard to leave when you feel dependent but he doesn't sound like a keeper! Work on yourself and find someone better.

32m here. I follow this sub but never post I just like to lurk. He just seems to be an abusive dick. Maybe your history of being abused leaves you needing validation from him. Others here will understand the psychology of what's happening better than I do but it's obvious that he isn't a good person to you. Maybe he is in small doses to keep you wanting more and to keep you around. You're only 20, don't feel like you have to commit this early.

The emotional connection is the need, not sex. You miss the point completely.

Chad is just out to get some easy pussy. The women that let him do it get the flack because Chad is no good for her at all but she rejects the good men that would offer a good life in favour of a quick fuck from Chad.

A woman rightfully wants to know that he is going to pay the bills if she is pregnant for example. She can't be expected to carry a child, give birth with all the physical stress both of those entail and also be the breadwinner while he does what? Cooks dinner? Cleans the kitchen? It isn't fair on her, all women know that and so men that don't want to provide are rejected.

Yeh it's spontaneity but I was booking the same weekends that we tried to mutually agree on, where she would say she wasn't sure. But when I book on my own suddenly the same weekend is an amazing idea and it will be great.

Wife and I used to have romantic weekends away. My approach was always to ask her where she would like to go, what might we do etc etc... Her response was always "errrm can we afford that?/oh I'm not sure what do you think/can we get the time off?" That's me treating her equally and asking her opinion but it made her uncomfortable having to be a part of decision making. I read up about womens attitude to decision making and changed my approach. Instead I would book something without her knowing …

My daughter is the centre of my world, everything revolves around her. There's also a strong need to protect, she's only 3 but I can't wait to meet her first boyfriend so I can terrorise him. I'll come up with ways to test his worthiness. The father of my first gf did this to me and I'll never forget, he was an arsehole to me but with the best intentions.

I'm (m31) In a dead marriage, it will end eventually and when it does I won't have a clue about what to do with any woman I'm interested in. Literally not a clue, do I kiss on first dates? Sex on second date or after ten dates? Could be he is in the same situation and just not knowing what to do after a dead relationship with his ex. I would suggest dragging it out of him, either by initiating yourself or asking directly about what's going on.

Grab 'em by the pussy. I can imagine trump got away with actually doing that. Average Joe would be in prison however...
