i dont see why it shouldn't. from what i hear men who dont do it choose not to because they dont want to offend their partners or because they have absolute trust in them. if hospitals made it a standard thing to determine paternity then it would no longer be a mater of trust or offense, they would just have to do it, and fewer people would be suckered as a result.

heh i was that situation once. i was waiting at a coffee place for them to get my order and the girl at the register had a newborn. so trying to force some idle conversation i say to her "cute kid" and got this really ugly look from her in return, like i called her a 2 dollar whore or something.
