I've been single for over 3 years. And I think Tomi's take is dead wrong. Dating IS frustrating. People don't communicate. They aren't upfront. They're disrespectful. They lie. It sucks. But bad behaviour isn't exclusive to men. BOTH sexes can be AWFUL.It all boils down to communication. You gotta realize that not everyone is compatible. I went on a first date with a girl I knew from HS during quarantine and we hit it off but she later texted that she didn’t think that we’ll be good in a relationship. I agreed. No problem. No extra time wasted and we both understood the other side. If you suck at communicating and are dishonest about your intentions then it’s your fault. | /r/MensRights | 07/08/20 01:13 AM
Former Texas lieutenant governor David Dewhurst beaten by girlfriend, was treated for broken ribs.Wow. She tried to fuck him over by lying and saying he assaulted her. This is why “believe all women” is a load of crap. However, you can’t fault him for not filing charges. DV victims are sometimes reluctant to go to authorities because they fear that the situation at home would get worse. I hope the DA goes ahead with the felony charge. | /r/MensRights | 24/05/20 02:12 AM
The city of Ahmedabad has imposed a curfew. There is a 3 hour window where people are allowed to buy food- but only women. The only issue with this logic is that women are not at lower risk because their body is more immune to it. I don’t think the virus really cares about the gender of the person. They just have lower numbers because, I would assume, they have a lower rate of infection due to some factors like interacting with less people per day, jobs that are socially distanced (office desk jobs), etc. | /r/MensRights | 19/04/20 08:01 PM
It makes me so fucking disgusted and sad to see this kind of shit. I have seen HUGE insecurity in my ex boyfriend to the point that he was suicidal at times. But yeah guess he deserved it :)I think to some lesser extent men care. But men often look at other factors too: hobbies, personality, education, etc. If you're a girl in your late 20s and your looks are the only thing you've got going for yourself, have no hobbies, no personality, no interests, and no education, then don't blame men when your looks are the only thing they care about. It's like a "putting all your eggs in one basket" type of thing. The rise of social media (especially IG and "influencer" culture) has unfortuna… | /r/MensRights | 13/04/20 08:14 AM
Oddly enough it's killing more men...Couldn't have said it better myself. Go to KimK's IG and you'll see this live in action. Her shapewear brand (SKIMS) is trying to sell overpriced lingerie to women in the name of "helping women and girls affected by COVID-19." Nowhere you can see a mention of how they are going to help or what they are doing about men who are hit the worst. I was glad to see so many people calling her out on it in the comments about trying to profit off of a pandemic, but no one seemed to see the issue with help… | /r/MensRights | 29/03/20 11:09 PM
Gender gap in physics blamed on boys being able to project pee up walls [No, I'm not kidding]Wow there are actually some sane people left on Reddit. Good post. | /r/MensRights | 16/09/17 07:07 AM
