I feel like people fail at a lot of things in life because they make problems out to be wayyyyyy bigger than they are. Why does fun need to be something extreme like bungee jumping??? Go for a bike ride. Play frisbee in a park. Have a few drinks with friends. Of course life gets in the way and you won't have time for these things every single day so do them when you can. Put yourself in situations where you will meet other people is 1000x better and easier than cold approaching

You're obviously not here for suggestions. Every thing that has been suggested in this thread you just come up with an excuse as to why it won't work. If you don't want advice, don't ask

There is something missing from this story. People usually don't just flip a 180 like that. So either you're not telling or seeing something that you're doing or she wasn't really into it from the beginning.

Wow. This concept has never been made so clear to me. I have been stuck in that mindset of "Im doing everything I can!" Only now has it become clear that it is an entire lifestyle that attracts women, not fancy lines and gimmicks. Thank you.

You're posting to a subreddit with literally thousands of posts telling you how to do this. So you're looking for a shortcut way. There isn't one. Basically the TL;RD is what nesshie91 said, socialize with everyone. Just talk to people.

If you've tried everything and it won't go away then you can accept it and continue following the rest of the advice on this subreddit like anyone else. I'm a shorter guy and there's nothing I can do about it. I've accepted that I'm short and I get on with life! Use what you learn here to the best you can. Again good luck my friend!

So you acknowledge you have an issue but don't want to do anything to correct it? Good luck buddy.

Why would I want someone else there though if I'm trying to have an intimate connection with someone?

This is exactly what I did! I brought another friend along. It was a fun day but when we had a few moments alone I went in for the kiss and got denied. So I think I'll be moving on to the next one!

Thank you for the reply! I told her that I wanted some one on one time but I would not be pissy if her friend came. I invited another friend along and it was a good day. However I was getting the friend zone vibes so I'll be dropping this girl and starting fresh tomorrow. Thank you everyone!!

Thank you very much for your input. Should be pretty fun, we'll see what happens!

It sounds like you have some pretty damn low self esteem. It's this attitude that we are trying to combat. The whole idea that the world is out to get you and there is nothing you can do about it. Believe what you wish however I don't think you should let the world tell you who you want to be.

Pretty much! It's funny, I actually got a date this week by pretty much saying exactly that. I had to establish a connection with her first but at the end of the conversation I just said, I think you're attractive and I would like to take you for lunch this week. The key is establishing a connection before you drop the bomb!

I think the point he was trying to make is that girls want to get laid too. It's not a matter of convincing them they want to have sex because they do. However you must prove to them that you are the one they want to have sex with.

If you're just out to pick up it puts pressure on yourself to succeed. And if you fail then it puts a downer in your mood. Where if you're just out to have fun, it's a success whether or not you pick up!

Very true! If you're just out to have a good time it takes a lot if the pressure of "picking up". If you're having fun, others will want to have fun with you

You're welcome my friend! We're in this together! Something I found helps is starting conversations at every chance you get. For instance today I held the door open for someone then just asked them where they were headed. Little meaningless conversation without any intent. I feel like a lot if game is getting past starting a conversation. By just talking to anyone it made me realize that people are much more willing to talk than it seems. Especially when it doesn't feel like you're trying to get…

I'm no expert however I feel like it's just about almost "desensitizing" yourself. Get rejected time and time again till you don't care about what way it goes! I'm still a rookie but working my way to the top. Best of luck my friend!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
