He’s a great guy, going into donation battles with people and donating thousands of dollars on twitch. It’s awesome to see people’s reactions when they get hit with like 1,000 dollar donations.

I personally don’t do photography. I have no debt so far and I’ve been skating pretty comfortably with scholarships for a high GPA among other things.

Ayyy, I’m actually going to school for it too, I’m just getting my associates here in my hometown because it’s cheap(er) then moving on.

I’ve always thought of myself as more of an acute angle. I didn’t mean to start an argument, just informing of statutes in my state. Have a good one!

You’re correct, they are very different and my wording was incorrect. You can’t take pictures of a person’s intimate areas. Regardless of whether there is reasonable expectation or not of privacy Texas has felt the need to create laws to protect from voyueristic photography.

Regardless of whether it’s in public or not; in Texas; it’s illegal. You can’t take a picture of another person’s intimate areas without consent, even in public. Edit: Intimate is also subjective. However, with Texas generally being a very conservative state, one could assume that a judge would rule against unconsented bikini pictures being legal.

I can freely take your picture in public regardless of your consent. Might not want to come to Texas then. Taking pictures of intimate areas without consent is illegal. For instance, I’m sure a bikini picture would be illegal.

While it may be absolutely crazy to think about this, society has set standards on what are norms and not norms. Guys chest? Normal. Woman’s bare chest in public? Not normal. It may be a double standard but its society; society is wild. This goes back to the OP. Don’t tell me what to wear, teach them not to stare. If I want to roll up my sleeves and walk around, I should be able to do that. To think that someone sees a forearm and turns their pants into a full on tent or the Niagara Falls is abs…

Once when I was little I was so excited to get a snow cone with my brothers that I was running when I tripped and fell face first. My black eye was still way worse than that fake one and it was just from falling.

Dang, this actually hurt to read. I hope you’re doing okay, I know how hard oilfield work can be and it must be pretty hard to have a chunk of your income taken every month.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
