0	Another double standard destroyed! Regardless of whether it’s in public or not; in Texas; it’s illegal. You can’t take a picture of another person’s intimate areas without consent, even in public. Edit: Intimate is also subjective. 1	Another double standard destroyed! While it may be absolutely crazy to think about this, society has set standards on what are norms and not norms. Guys chest? Normal. Woman’s bare chest in public? Not normal. It may be a double standard but its society; society is wild. This goes back to the OP. Don’t tell me what to wear, teach them not to stare. If I want to roll up my sleeves and walk around, I should be able to do that.
