1	Never compliment her looks You're grasping at straws if you think the reason a woman stops responding to you, is based on complimenting her or not. It's more likely they're just not into you. People either click or don't. Looks and charm and all that other stuff can help, but in the end you have to be into each other's personality, energy, and be compatible.
