I cant imagine this would ever hold up for something like mistaken identity. This would only work if its proven the claim was knowingly made falsely. Which means the accuser has to admit that. This could easily be an end to accusers eventually coming forward to confess their lie.

There’s merit in that argument for sure. I guess that one is just really hard to predict. Just my own speculation, a determined pervert isn’t rly going to be stopped, but a subset of those people may have the presence of mind to feel guilty/ashamed and this may be a way to satisfy that without having to escalate. But I can absolutely see where you’re coming from.

Even that, disgusting as it sounds, would be a net gain. As you said, this would more than likely provide an outlet for people who would otherwise choose to use a real person for their messed up stuff. Having something as disgusting and appalling as that would probably have a similar effect.

I can understand that I guess. Anecdotally, I haven’t rly been privy to most of that. I’m in the Navy and with space being a huge issue onboard a ship, if you don’t give way, you’re not going to be able to move. I guess if someone was literally spreading their legs as uncomfortably far as possible, then yeah, they’re being a dick. Leaving your knees apart is a semi-necessity though. You have to admit, there are some serious disproportions for men, specifically regarding family courts. I’m not rly defending anything about the OP or trying to compare how many injustices either gender suffers; but I’m sure you can agree that in at least that one specific slice of our culture men are at a significant disadvantage. I’d say that would qualify as a male rights issue.

Prostate cancer holds a special issue because it involves men willingly allowing their doctor to stick their finger in their asshole. While a mammogram may be uncomfortable, it is still preferable (for most) to a finger in the ass. Making prostate health more ignored than breast health.

If this was pre-Amazon/online ordering I'd understand the complaint. I would hate to need a specialty product and not be able to get it without traveling. But with the entire world marketplace at your fingertips, there is no reason why CVS needs to stock your product in the same quantity as as any other product regardless of sales. If half the women are underperforming because the test is flawed wouldn't it stand to reason that half the men would be underperforming as well? Either way, if the option were available to EVERYONE then it stands to reason even top performers would opt in to change a high grade to a higher one via the easier assignment. Yes, they thoroughly believe that through inane things like involuntary facial cues that all men everywhere condone rape privately if not publicly and that we all believe that a woman's place is in our beds subordinate to our sexual will whether she wants to be there or not.
