I wouldn't say that you should wait as long as she does to reply though. People get genuinely busy, and sometimes they have time and will respond to you, other times they can't. Take 10 or 20 minutes to reply, but don't interrupt whatever it is that you are doing unless you have a period of down time. If she starts to respond instantly, then great. Play it up. 1	When she asks you to "tell me something" Go with a "did you know ..." scenario. Tell her something about how she looks or what you like about her. But think about it and keep a few coming. Tell her some story about yourself. It doesn't have to be super personal, but an honest story that shows who you are.
