Yes, but daddy issues are far from the only cause of self esteem issues.

Remember that Abraham Lincoln reportedly had a high, squeaky voice. He still is one of America's most well-remembered orators.

Daddy issues? Self-esteem issues, more likely. Still something to avoid though.

This is not research or an article, it is a blog post with no references. That said, it makes some good points (behind all the inflammatory speech) about habitual behavior. A woman who has a lengthy sexual history is less likely to be looking for a long-term relationship simply because it isn't what she was looking for in the past. If she's used to having casual sex with a guy until she gets tired of him, guess what, she's probably going to keep that pattern going - intentionally or not.

Asking for assistance is a perfectly reasonable thing to do. It takes more than one man to move a table. Sure, you look manly if you can move it yourself, but when you leave holes in the drywall from overbalancing it just makes things worse. A man recognizes his limits, and finds ways to overcome them - including asking for help.

I never thought when I asked my wife to marry me that I was doing her a favor.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
