Achievement unlocked: Finished unplugging. Been following this subreddit for a few months. I Just found out my LTR messages other guys on dating websites any time we have a fight or minor dispute. She's so insecure of me leaving or fucking other women, she uses dating apps to fish for backups, when deep down I'm loyal to a fault. Felt like a God damn idiot for thinking I could trust her. Not having to worry about a woman's loyalty (since they have none) is such a huge relief. No more paranoia. N…

I once had to deal with an AMOG on New Years. My girlfriend (at the time) and I were out at a party, and Chad walks in. Immediately, you could tell he was the life of the room. He continually kept hitting on my girlfriend, knowing well I was the boyfriend, and repeatedly commented on "how sexy her stockings were". Tried my best to maintain frame. Girlfriend saw how pissed off I was getting, but she continued to have an open dialogue with him anyway. I went to the bathroom for 2 minutes, came bac…

For whatever reason (genetics), if the brain doesn't make enough of its own to begin with, taking 5-HTP doesn't "give you" serotonin, it is a precursor to making it. Your brain converts tryptophan into 5-HTP, then 5-HTP into serotonin, so your brain will use whatever is readily available as needed.

Absolutely not. I'm just a normal person, normal self-experiments, not affiliated with any part of amazon. I just use the product because it works

If you haven't been through the pain, then you shouldn't be posting. Everyone else is contributing, are you?

If she cheated on her Beta boyfriend like you claim, then there's a relatively good chance she might cheat on you in the future. This is why I don't date 9s or 10s, they're easily derailed if something better comes along. It's better to date someone when you don't have to feel paranoid them.

I'm not trying to sound too hopeful, but the Ketogenic diet and cannabis have been shown to save lives.

Thank you all for your replies. I shed tears of joy today (for the first time in YEARS) knowing what true self-love feels like. Sometimes, you need to be broken in order to rise again as a better, stronger, and more resilient version of yourself. It was exactly what I needed. Thanks, TRP community.

Great post. My own struggles in the past led me to believe I could simply change my behavior, then my mindset would change as a result. To an extent, this was only mildly effective. Quiet and calm confidence is a true mindset based on fundamental beliefs, and is not easily obtained if coming from a beta perspective. The best way (for me) to change that mindset was learning about unequivocal self-acceptance, allowing self-love to flow through my being, then feeding that newly reconstructed ego wi…

My girlfriend is 42. I'm 25. There's no right or wrong answer, as far as your question is concerned. It really depends on the group of people you're talking to. Her church group would not approve of us, for example, but the hippies we run into at bars are completely non-judgmental.

Less is more. I was in a relationship where I did everything for a woman. Gave her massages, texted her often, brought her meals, even cleaned her house once. She claims she fell in love with me for doing all these things, but her actions said the opposite. She didn't do jack sht, and I ended up finding out she was responding to other guys on a dating site out of "pure politeness". Bullsht. Took a while, but I finally took the red pill. My hat to you, sir.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
