BJJ satisfies the technical mastery aspect of my personality and the mma and striking is a cool mix. I had to many injuries and just lost interest in it, I still lift weights and do the the powerlifts, just at a different intensity and volume.

I got chlamydia from a plate I had going for 6 weeks, I didnt realise until a month after it ended. She killed herself out the blue. Watch out for high risk behaviour in people being a warning sign for deeper issues. I also had the convo about telling other plates I may have infected them. They where all cool with it and appreciated the heads up. I to learnt a lesson, now I wrap always.

I feel you. I shattered my foot in a bike crash and spent 3 months on crutches. I was able to cover 10-15km a week walking on crutches. Did upper body stuff. I read a lot. I set some goals of business/finances. I built new good habits in my life. I reorganised my room and house to make life easier on crutches.

I wouldnt get a PanAm as your first bike. If you want to explore dessert and dirt, a drz400 or a dr650 or something like that is amazing and cheap. Or a bmw adventure bike. If you want to eat up miles of road only, maybe a Harley but I wouldnt recommend it. An MT07 or MT10 would be better. Or one of the Kawasaki Z ranges.

Nice! 225 is 2 plates a side, solid work my brother! I think frame is important, trust me, at 29 I spent 3 months on crutches and couldnt do anything apart from limp for 12 months, still banged random sluts on crutches and I lost all my gains. When I was in my early 20s I competed in weightlifting and was like 240-250lbs and blue pilled, and I had oneitis for a crazy girl and banged no girls.

I noticed I had my hair thinning plus a bit of grey - I am 31, 5”11 and 210lbs (BJJ and Weightlifting) so I just went a zero on my hair, I love it. Took a bit of getting used to in the mirror though. I keep it short 2x a week with clippers in the shower and shave my face with a straight.
