You sound like an alien who is just meeting humanity for the first time. You are talking about getting alcohol and attention from horny men, but you refer to it as having “social status”. That’s kind of funny. Your friends act like asses, you meekly try to address it, they shut you down, you meekly keep your mouth shut. Then you get on Reddit and talk trash about them to us strangers. Wouldn’t it be cool if you actually stood up for morality and expressed your feelings openly? Maybe women would …

You think lil durk is a fake? In the last year he lost a best friend, a brother, and like 5 other associates to gun violence. You think he is faking all these deaths and flying those dudes to hide out overseas? You think he hired the court to fake his murder trial? There’s a million fake gangster rappers, but durk is extremely well documented. He has nothing to gain from publicity stunts. The location doesn’t matter. People have cars. Pop smoke was killed in a fancy LA mansion. Was that fake?

Shoutout to the rapper Lil Durk and his fiancé India. The other night some gangster dudes ran into their home with guns, they both returned fire and defended themselves. That is a good type of partner to have. Instead of just lying on the floor and screaming and crying for help, she actually took action and launched a counter attack. And this is a short, long haired, pretty girl. That’s why I can’t date all these airhead-ass girls. I don’t want to be fighting for our lives while you are crying a…

That star appeal shit is lame. It forces you to either be pretty or a clown. If you want to be a successful guitarist you have to be like Slash and dress like a cartoon character instead of a respectable 50 year old man. I don’t think it was always like that. Mozart was a fly young dude, but Beethoven was a crusty old dude when he was still writing his best stuff. Ike already sold out enough with his perm. He couldn’t sacrifice anymore self respect. Prince was a world class musical genius, but h…

By “popularized”, you mean she received more attention than the men she was stealing ideas from.

That’s a racial issue. Ike and Tina were both black, and doing music at the exact same time, but she took all the glory. No racial politics involved, people just felt like opening doors for her and closing doors on him. Him having personal mental health and anger management issues is very unfortunate and not something you should judge him too harshly on.

Hey, idk. Like I said, I am just hearing about this, but I googled this article. It doesn’t say savage abuse. It says he cheated like crazy, called her unattractive, and stole money. I’d call him an asshole, but not a savage abuser

Who was the second one, Sonny or The Captain? I know about Ike from the movie they made about him, but I never saw a movie about those other guys.

If a man wants to become something in this world, he has to become The Captain. A leader of men. But a woman, she can just be Tennille. She can just be herself. She doesn’t need to hold any rank. Ike Turner damn near invented Rock n Roll music. But society said “fuck him”. Tina went on to get all the recognition, just for singing other people’s songs and looking pretty. Sonny, he got hit by a tree. That was fucked up. Where was Cher during all of this? Somewhere just brushing her hair. That’s wh…

I don’t think they do. I would say that owning a company requires the least effort, and lifting heavy things for a company requires the most effort.

I know. It was sort of strange for the op to bring it up and question it in the first place.

If you earn more, but you both do full time careers, then you are equal. It’s about the effort, not the money. Like this story I heard from radio personality Fred Norris. He was a big time radio guy, but his wife was a waitress in a diner. I respected her for working like that when she didn’t really have to. And if it’s a stay-at-home partner. If the working partner isn’t rich enough to pay for a bunch of household staff; I think that if the working partner does 40 hours a week of work, unemploy…

Me and a lot of other men literally want equality, which does include a 50/50 split of all relationship responsibilities. There’s a biblical term about a good marriage, “equally yoked”. And a bunch of men want to be equally yoked with their partner. A lot of men have no problem being around their children, and doing their own housework.

You do not serve reality checks to people. And if you support prison rape then that says a lot about your character

This guy in this fight is a perfect example of the shitty attitude that I see too often on Reddit, and sometimes in this sub. Mostly from fds people. I really loved to see this guy get beaten. The guy provokes a fight using crazy insults, not actually addressing any real issue. The younger guy gave him the fight he was looking for, but instead of doing fight moves like actual punches or dodges, the instigator just does lazy sarcasm and smugness. In a fist fight. Notice how this smug sarcasm is n…

If the person is not really committed to you for you, then it is a fake ass relationship that likely would not withstand many hardships. Being good at something is often about your dedication. You don’t want a teacher who just shows up to get paid but doesn’t really care about educating the kids. You don’t want a policeman who doesn’t really care about stopping crime, it’s just the best job he could get. And you don’t want to be in a relationship with someone who sees you as a consolation prize.

“Manosphere” is as ridiculous term. Isn’t it just men who admit to living the lives of men? Regardless, I think Tariq nasheed was pretty influential before he went off the racial deep end. He introduced me to word “simp” like a decade before it was appropriated by twitch

Yes it is sexist. But it’s like one of the very last sexist issues that needs to be addressed. When it comes to gender issues we need to tackle, this is one of the last ones on the docket. Unless it is a purposefully bisexual scene, I hate the idea of random guys hanging around just trying to get with another dude’s chick, without having a girl of their own who is down to trade off. It’s like pedestrians walking up to the car show, talking about “can I take it for a spin?”. I’m not about to hop …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
