To do with the strict definition of rape, the wording is forcible penetration of a vagina or something similar.

Its a fat sack of shit is what it is. If you cared about your role as caregiver for your children you wouldn't be committing crimes and putting that in jeopardy in the first place so it shouldn't even be factored in.

You think pornstars who spend a whole day on set doing strenuous physical activity isn't work? I hope you don't think sport stars are doing legitimate work. Everything you do is just "a biological act" at the most base level. Having sex with someone for money instead of because you enjoy it is work because you're being paid for it completely regardless of whether or not it's just a biological act. A service is paid for and rendered so therefore it is work.

It is work. You try having sex with people for money for hours every day or spending every day creating videos or picture sets for people. No matter how you frame it it's still work.

Sex work is real work, grow up for fucks sake. If someone wants to sell sex and both parties are consenting then why shouldn't they? Looks like this thread is full of manbabies or children that don't understand the world or have a cogent argument against it being legitimate work. If people are willing to pay for it then it is legitimate work. If you don't agree with this then actors, athletes, singers and all similar professions are not legitimate because they all involve only doing "basic human…

You're a complete fucking idiot, aren't you? The cost of an abortion is inconsequential compared to the cost of raising a child. So for all your morals about life you'd happily not give a fuck after the kid is born, would you? If I were in the baby's place I wouldn't fucking know about it, would I? It isnt even conscious at that point. Do you remember a time before you were actually born?

Unless you don't want it or can't afford it. The world is full of unwanted kids and kids not being brought up in safe and stable homes because the parents (or parent) can't afford to look after them. It isn't fair to bring life if that life is going to be miserable.

You might be thinking of the gender less job applications in Australia which led to almost no women being hired.

It is a long process, you have to have an improvement plan, review meetings and such documented. It takes between 12 to 18 months to sack someone once they've been working for more than 2 years. If it's less than 2 years you can be let go without any real consequence unless it's obviously for discriminatory reasons

You need to be willing to have sex for money, that's really the only criteria.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
